长株潭高校体育场馆的利用与管理研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会、经济的发展和“两个根本转变”的深入、以及全民健身计划的实施,群众体育运动事业蓬勃发展,体育消费观念也为越来越多的人所接受。人们对健康的认识、及需求都在不断的提高,体育运动和健康已经被一部分人划上了“等号”,人们已经开始慢慢地推广“花钱买健康”、“请人流汗”等运动健身的思想理念日渐人心,人民群众健身热情高涨,人们渴望、追求健康生活方式的意识日渐增强。作为体育事业发展的重要物质保障,高校体育场馆发挥着重要作用。长株潭城市群是湖南省的政治、经济、文化中心,有着发展体育旅游产业的诸多优势资源和条件保障,在2007年12月7日被国务院批准为”国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革试验区”。加强对长株潭城市群体育产业的研究,有利于推动人民之间平等友好往来的特色优势,形成以竞技体育训练竞赛观赏为龙头,大众休闲健身、民族传统体育为基础的内容丰富、门类齐全、各种消费层次并举的体育旅游项目体系。然而,到目前为止,长株潭部分高校体育场馆管理利用方面还比较薄弱,组织管理的研究还比较落后,场馆综合利用水平不高。体育场馆的空置率较高,开发利用不充分。尤其是在大多数教学以外的时间段,缺乏较好的规划利用与科学管理。本论文主要通过文献研究、调查、逻辑分析、访谈等研究方法对长株潭高校体育场馆利用与管理方面现状的调查研究,以期为长株潭高校体育场馆资源一体化合理开发、优化配置、利用与管理、等方面提供有力的依据,从而为我国高校体育改革提供成功经验参考,进而丰富长株潭高校的体育场馆建设理论。本课题研究目的:本研究在全面分析了解“长株潭”高校现有体育场馆资源的基础上,剖析存在问题,理顺“长株潭”高校现有体育场馆资源整合和优化利用思路,目的在于建设“长株潭”高校现有体育场馆资源功能分区和空间布局,希望我的结论能够为推动长株潭地区高校体育场馆走向科学布局化、高效管理化、充分利用化提供一定有价值的参考。长株潭高校体育场馆的利用与管理研究对策为:1、合理规划,配合“两型社会”建设布局2、统筹整合,优化三市高校体育场馆资源配置3、加强合作,健全体育场馆的管理机制4、引进投资,实现投资主体多元化5、加大投入,提高体育场馆利用率6、课外面向群众,坚持经营方式多样化
[Abstract]:With the development of our society and economy, the deepening of "two fundamental changes" and the implementation of the national fitness plan, the cause of mass sports is booming, and the concept of sports consumption is accepted by more and more people. People's awareness of, and demand for, health has been rising, sports and health have been "equated" by some people, and people have slowly started to promote "pay for health". The idea of "inviting people to sweat" and other sports and fitness ideas are becoming more and more popular, the people's enthusiasm for fitness is rising, and the consciousness of people's desire and pursuit of healthy life style is increasing day by day. As an important material guarantee for the development of sports, gymnasiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities play an important role. Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is the political, economic and cultural center of Hunan Province. It has many advantageous resources and conditions for the development of sports tourism industry. It was approved by the State Council on December 7, 2007 as the experimental area for comprehensive reform of national resource conservation and environmental friendly society construction. Strengthening the research on the sports industry of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is conducive to promoting the characteristic advantages of equal and friendly exchanges among the people, forming a rich content based on competitive sports training competition, popular leisure and fitness, and traditional national sports. Complete categories, various levels of consumption at the same time sports tourism project system. However, up to now, some colleges and universities in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are still weak in the management and utilization of stadiums and stadiums, the research on organizational management is still relatively backward, and the level of comprehensive utilization of stadiums is not high. The vacancy rate of stadiums and gymnasiums is high, and the development and utilization are not sufficient. Especially in most time periods other than teaching, there is a lack of better planning, utilization and scientific management. This thesis mainly through the literature research, the investigation, the logic analysis, the interview and so on research method to the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university sports venue utilization and the management aspect investigation research, in order to for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university sports stadiums and gymnasiums resources integration reasonable development, To optimize the allocation, use and management, and other aspects to provide a strong basis for our college sports reform to provide a successful experience reference, and then enrich the theory of sports venues construction in Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan University. The purpose of this research is: on the basis of comprehensive analysis and understanding of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums resources in "Chang-Zhu-Tan" colleges and universities, the existing problems are analyzed, and the ideas of integrating and optimizing the utilization of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums resources of "Chang-Zhu-Tan" colleges and universities are straightened out. The purpose of this paper is to construct the functional partition and space layout of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tan colleges and universities. I hope my conclusion can promote the scientific layout and efficient management of the stadiums and gymnasiums in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area. Make full use of to provide certain valuable reference. The countermeasures for the utilization and management of the gymnasiums and gymnasiums in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan University are as follows: 1, reasonable planning, 2coordination with the construction and layout of the "two-type society", as well as the overall integration, optimizing the allocation of sports venues and stadiums in the three cities, and strengthening cooperation. Perfecting the management mechanism of stadiums and gymnasiums, introducing investment, diversifying investment bodies, increasing investment, raising utilization ratio of stadiums and gymnasiums, facing the masses after class, insisting on diversification of management methods
