中越进出口贸易研究

【摘要】：越南和中国是“山水相连”的邻国。两国之间的外交关系、经济、文化以及商贸往来有着悠久的历史,对于两国的人民而言,两国的邻国关系、文化交流和商贸往来已经成为永恒的传统。近年来,中国的世界地位不断提升,得到了世界各国的肯定,而这些不是因为中国是世界第一人口大国,而是因为多年来中国不断努力加强政治、经济的发展。中国是越南的邻国,两国的文化传统、风俗习惯乃至生活习惯都十分相似。所以,越南要不断推动并加强与中国的贸易活动,这不仅符合两国人民的切实利益,还对亚洲乃至世界的和平、稳定作出贡献。伴随中越两国关系越来越紧密,两国之间的贸易活动越来越多元化。论文通过总结中越两国间贸易活动的特点,分析了关税、进出口限额和外汇管理等因素对两国贸易活动的影响,进一步研究了中越商贸政策体系,给出了改善中越两国贸易往来的政策建议。这不仅对两国间的商贸关系发展具有十分重要的意义,还对于推进进出口活动的健康发展具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Vietnam and China are close neighbors. The diplomatic relations, economy, culture and trade between the two countries have a long history. For the people of the two countries, the relations of neighboring countries, cultural exchanges and trade exchanges have become the eternal tradition. In recent years, China's status in the world has been continuously improved, which has been affirmed by all countries in the world. These are not because China is the world's first populous country, but because of its continuous efforts to strengthen political and economic development over the years. China is a neighbor of Vietnam, and the two countries have very similar cultural traditions, customs and even living habits. Therefore, Vietnam should constantly promote and strengthen its trade activities with China, which not only conforms to the real interests of the two peoples, but also contributes to peace and stability in Asia and the world at large. With the growing ties between China and Vietnam, trade between the two countries is becoming more diversified. By summarizing the characteristics of Sino-Vietnamese trade activities, the paper analyzes the effects of tariff, import and export quotas and foreign exchange management on the trade activities between the two countries, and further studies the Sino-Vietnamese trade policy system. Some policy suggestions are given to improve the trade between China and Vietnam. This is not only of great significance to the development of business relations between the two countries, but also of practical significance to the healthy development of import and export activities.
