媒介生态学视角下新疆图书出版业发展研究

【摘要】:2003年我国文化体制改革工作全面启动,其中,图书出版业体制改革先行试点并迅速在全国范围正式展开。十余年来,随着体制改革逐步深入,图书出版业快速发展,行业生态已经发生较大改变:集团化建设初具规模,出版社企业化运行机制基本形成,“政事分开”“政企分开”的行政管理体制改革取得进展,媒介技术发展推动传统图书出版转型升级,以数字出版为主体的图书出版新业态迅速发展,图书出版业机制创新、技术创新和产品创新能力不断提高。与我国图书出版业发展状况相比,新疆图书出版业目前体制单一,机制不活,传播效益不高,生态活力不足,生存瓶颈凸显。面对行业快速发展态势和新疆社会发展要求,新疆图书出版业迫切需要正视危机,解决问题,与社会环境相适应,满足新疆各民族文字受众群体多样化需求,提高自我生存发展能力。本文以媒介生态学理论关照新疆图书出版业生存发展状况。将政治、经济、文化和技术等社会条件作为外环境,解读外环境各要素以资源供给的方式对新疆图书出版种群生存发展所产生的影响;将图书出版社的组织机制、人力资源、管理模式、经营战略作为内环境,探讨内环境各要素对新疆图书出版有机体和种群建构生态系统食物链所产生的影响。通过对内、外两个环境的考察,厘清新疆图书出版业生态系统的资源要素,按照媒介生态系统生存发展规律,寻找危机产生的根源,提出外环境资源供给优化策略、内环境生态位建构发展策略,以推动新疆图书出版业生态系统平衡发展,为新疆图书出版业转型发展探索一条新的思路。本文分六个部分,导论部分提出本文的研究背景、研究意义、文献综述以及研究方法,正文部分共分五章,通过概述新疆图书出版业生态系统外环境、内环境资源状况,分析存在的危机,提出发展对策。第一章回顾发展历程,总结种群生存特征。对应于我国图书出版业生态发展变化,与新疆社会、经济、文化发展进程相适应,本文将新疆图书出版业发展界定为1010-1077年组织建构阶段、1078-2000年内部机制改革阶段、200-年至今转型发展阶段共三个阶段。总结新疆图书出版种群的生存特征表现为:传播符号多元化、小众化,种群分布“大杂居小聚集”,生存方式表现为少数民族文字图书出版种群内向化、汉文图书出版种群外向化。第二章厘清外环境资源状况。影响新疆图书出版业生存的关键资源存在于新疆政治、经济、文化、技术四个环境中,本论文通过探寻外环境在资金、受众、内容等关键资源供给方面与新疆图书出版业生态系统所形成的密切关系,揭示新疆政治生态严峻、经济文化生态发展不均衡、技术生态落后的状况,以及这些外环境生态与新疆图书出版种群获取食物链资源之间的互动、共存关系。第三章厘清内环境资源条件。从新疆图书出版社体制机制、人力资源、经营特点、战略发展方向等方面,提出新疆图书出版业内生态环境特点主要表现为:体制一元化,对政策资源依存度高,出版社内部资源配置从大众图书市场流向教材教辅和公益性采购项目两大主导性业务。第四章具体考察生态危机。由于关键资源中的政策因子激增,文化和科技等生态因子难以发挥效能,导致生态系统资源供给失衡,这种状况制约新疆图书出版业的市场化进程;一元体制下食物链资源单一导致食物链闭环错位,民文图书出版受众生态位建构不足,汉文图书出版受众生态位被置换,公益性出版受众心理生态位建构失效,这些因素降低了新疆图书出版业自我生存能力和图书市场竞争能力。第五章提出内外环境优化策略。运用媒介生态学理论进行分析,提出外环境优化策略:建立动态平衡、“政事分开”的政策资源供给机制,对公益性出版项目的实施实行监督考核;图书出版社分类实施转企改制,重构公益性和经营性出版种群结构;加大市场配置资源力度,培育民文出版产业集群。提出内环境优化策略:实施内容生态位差异化,建立新疆品牌;推动传统出版数字化转型升级,以互联网思维搭建平台,精准化满足各民族受众需求,建构受众生态位,形成核心竞争力。在媒介技术推动下,图书出版业生态充满活力,内容生产创新和经营模式创新层出不穷,市场边界逐步扩大,媒介竞争愈演愈烈。通过进入图书市场建构受众生态位,探索一条符合图书出版业发展规律、适应新疆社会经济文化生态状况的发展道路,才能使新疆图书出版业生态系统在转型过程中,始终与社会环境之间保持动态、平衡、和谐的物质、能量转换关系,成为特色鲜明、具有竞争优势的区域图书出版种群。
[Abstract]:In 2003, the reform of China's cultural system was fully started. Among them, the reform of the book publishing industry system was carried out first and the national scope was officially launched. For more than ten years, with the gradual deepening of the system reform, the book publishing industry has developed rapidly and the industry ecology has changed greatly: the construction of the collectivization has begun to take shape and the press enterprise run the machine. The system is basically formed. The reform of the administrative system of "separation of political affairs" and "separation of government and enterprise" has made progress. The development of media technology has promoted the transformation and upgrading of traditional book publishing. The new industry of book publishing, with digital publishing as the main body, has developed rapidly. The mechanism innovation of books and publishing industry, the innovation of technology and the continuous improvement of product innovation ability. Compared with the development of the publishing industry, the Xinjiang book publishing industry has a single system, the mechanism is not alive, the transmission efficiency is not high, the ecological vitality is insufficient, the bottleneck of survival is highlighted. Facing the rapid development situation of the industry and the social development requirements of Xinjiang, Xinjiang book publishing industry urgently needs to face the crisis, solve the problems, adapt to the social environment, meet the people of Xinjiang and meet the people of Xinjiang. In this paper, the author takes the media ecology theory as an external environment and interprets the social conditions of political, economic, cultural and technical as the external environment for the survival and development of the Xinjiang book and publishing population in Xinjiang. The influence of the organization mechanism, human resources, management mode and management strategy of the book publishing house is used as the internal environment to explore the influence of the internal environment factors on the ecological system food chain of Xinjiang book publishing organism and the population. Through the investigation of the two environment inside and outside, the paper clarifies the capital of the library and publishing industry in Xinjiang. The source element, in accordance with the law of the survival and development of the media ecosystem, seeks the root of the crisis, puts forward the optimization strategy of the supply of external environment resources, the strategy of the internal environment niche construction and development, in order to promote the balanced development of the ecological system of the book publishing industry in Xinjiang and explore a new way of thinking for the transformation and development of the book publishing industry in Xinjiang. This paper is divided into six parts. On the basis of the research background, research significance, literature review and research methods, the main body of this paper is divided into five chapters. Through an overview of the ecological environment of the book publishing industry, the situation of internal and environmental resources, the analysis of the existing crisis and the development countermeasures, the first chapter reviews the development process and summarizes the survival characteristics of the population. It corresponds to the Chinese books. The changes in the ecological development of the publishing industry are adapted to the social, economic and cultural development process in Xinjiang. This paper defines the development of Xinjiang book publishing industry as 1010-1077 years of organizational construction, 1078-2000 years of internal mechanism reform, and three stages of the transition and development period from 200- years to now. The survival characteristics of the Xinjiang book and publication population show as follows: In the second chapter, the second chapter clarifies the situation of the external environmental resources. The key resources that affect the survival of the book publishing industry in Xinjiang exist in Xinjiang politics, economy, culture and technology four. In the environment, this paper explores the close relationship between the external environment and the ecological system of Xinjiang book publishing industry in the supply of funds, audiences, content and other key resources, and reveals the severe political ecology in Xinjiang, the unbalance of economic and cultural ecological development, the backward state of technology and ecology, and these external environment ecology and Xinjiang book publishing species. The group obtains the interaction and coexistence between the food chain resources. The third chapter clarifies the environment and resource conditions. From the institutional mechanism, human resources, management characteristics and strategic development direction of Xinjiang book publishing house, the main characteristics of the ecological environment in Xinjiang book publishing industry are as follows: system MONIFICATION, high dependence on policy resources and publication. The internal resource allocation of the society from the mass book market to the teaching material teaching and the public welfare procurement project two leading business. The fourth chapter specifically inspects the ecological crisis. Because of the surge in policy factors in the key resources, the ecological factors such as culture and science and technology are difficult to play the efficiency, resulting in the imbalance of the ecosystem resources supply, which restricts the Xinjiang books. The market process of the publishing industry; the single food chain resources under one yuan system lead to the closed loop of the food chain, the lack of ecological niche construction of the public book publishing audience, the displacement of the audiences' niche of the Chinese book publishing audience and the failure of the public public publishing audience's psychological niche construction. These factors have reduced the self survival ability and the map of the book publishing industry in Xinjiang. The fifth chapter puts forward the strategy of optimizing the internal and external environment. Using the theory of media ecology, we put forward the strategy of optimizing the external environment: establishing the dynamic balance, the policy resource supply mechanism of "separating politics and affairs", carrying out supervision and assessment for the implementation of public welfare publishing projects; the classification implementation of the book publishing house, the restructuring and reconstruction of the book publishing house. Public welfare and management of the publication of the population structure, strengthen the market allocation of resources and cultivate the industrial cluster of civil publishing. The internal environment optimization strategy is put forward: the implementation of the ecological niche dissimilation, the establishment of Xinjiang brand, the promotion of traditional publishing digital transformation and upgrading, the Internet thinking to build a platform, to accurately meet the needs of the audience of the various ethnic groups, build Under the impetus of media technology, under the impetus of media technology, the book publishing industry is full of vitality, the innovation of the content production and the innovation of management mode emerge in endlessly, the market boundary is gradually expanding and the media competition is becoming more and more intense. In response to the development of social, economic and cultural ecological conditions in Xinjiang, the ecological system of Xinjiang book publishing industry can keep dynamic, balanced, harmonious material and energy conversion relationship with the social environment in the process of transformation, and become a regional book publishing population with distinctive features and competitive advantages.
