基于直觉模糊TOPSIS法的建设工程项目风险评价研究

【摘要】:近年来,各级政府在基础设施建设方面投入了大量的人力、物力、财力等,使得很多城市的容貌焕然一新。由于工程项目的规模变得越来越大,,使得工程项目自身的复杂性逐渐增大,产生了更多的不确定因素,导致了工程项目风险的增大。加之政治、经济形式的不断变化,工程风险管理在建设工程项目中的研究变得日趋重要。一些学者开始引入并吸收国外工程项目风险管理的研究与经验,研究适合我国国情的风险管理理论。然而,我国的工程项目风险管理理论有一定的局限性,如它难以处理直觉模糊环境下的工程项目风险评价问题。 本文首先阐述了相关的研究背景以及研究现状,分析了建设工程项目的发展现状。其次,基于我国建设工程的复杂性、周期长、整体难分等特点,对建设工程项目的风险进行了研究,完善了现有的建设工程项目风险评价体系。再次,为了研究直觉模糊环境下的建设工程项目风险评价问题,文中通过对直觉模糊层次分析法加以改善,得到了一种新的建设工程项目评价方法—改进的直觉模糊层次分析法。最后,把改进的直觉模糊层次分析法和TOPSIS法相结合,构建了一种改进的直觉模糊TOPSIS法的建设工程项目风险评价模型,从而更直观、更有效地评价建设工程项目风险。
[Abstract]:In recent years, governments at all levels have invested a lot of manpower, material and financial resources in infrastructure construction, making many cities look new. As the scale of the project becomes larger and larger, the complexity of the project itself is gradually increasing, and more uncertain factors are produced, which leads to the increase of the project risk. With the change of politics and economy, the research of engineering risk management in construction project becomes more and more important. Some scholars begin to introduce and absorb the research and experience of foreign engineering project risk management, and study the theory of risk management which is suitable for the situation of our country. However, the theory of engineering project risk management in our country has some limitations, for example, it is difficult to deal with the problem of engineering project risk evaluation under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. This paper first describes the research background and research status quo, and analyzes the development of construction projects. Secondly, based on the characteristics of complexity, long period and hard to distinguish, the risk of construction project is studied, and the existing risk evaluation system of construction project is improved. Thirdly, in order to study the risk evaluation of construction project under intuitionistic fuzzy environment, the paper improves the risk assessment by intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. A new evaluation method of construction project, improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, is obtained. Finally, combining the improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with the TOPSIS method, an improved intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method is constructed to evaluate the risk of construction project, which is more intuitive and effective.
