关于提升中国航天科技集团公司国际化发展能力的几点思考

【摘要】：正党的十八大及十八届三中全会以后,我国进一步加大了对外开放的力度,通过出口退税、财政补贴、税收优惠等一系列的优惠政策和资金支持,以及外交、政治、经济、法律等手段,将企业国际化发展纳入国家与国家合作和竞争的双边关系,特别是在落实双边和多边合作机制上将以企业为主体,鼓励企业积极走出去,逐步构建"一带一路"、自贸区等对外开放新格局,为我国经济和我国企业融入世界经济创造
