江苏省体育赛事市场发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国的经济体制由计划经济向社会主义市场经济转型,体育赛事发展面临许多不容回避的现实问题。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、个案分析法、比较分析法等研究方法,对体育赛事的涵义、市场开发的概念,进行了阐释,对江苏省体育赛事市场开发的现状进行了描述,对制约体育赛事市场开发的因素进行了分析,通过对江苏省体育赛事市场开发的SWOT分析,提出了江苏省体育赛事市场开发的路径。 研究认为:(1)江苏省体育赛事市场开发以我国政治、经济、文化为背景,与城市的发展战略相结合,体现了中国特色的社会主义发展的特色和宗旨:(2)江苏省体育赛事市场开发主要有三种模式,两种组织机构;政府控制大量赛事资源,并在体育赛事市场化运作中扮演重要角色;(3)江苏省借鉴国外先进的市场化运作模式,融合市场化运作元素,并结合其省省情进行体育赛事市场开发,收效较好;(4)江苏省体育产业逐步推动经济增长,体育赛事市场在政策投资和市场化运作双重轨道下运行,赛事市场不能达到有效的资源配置,产生不完全竞争;(5)体育赛事市场不是有效的市场,微观市场失灵现象普遍存在,市场化运作的制度均衡很难确立;(6)国际金融危机冲击世界实体经济,影响体育赛事市场资源。 建议:(1)切实履行政府职能,充分联合市场运作,实现优势互补;城市文化与体育文化相结合,建造特色体育城市;(2)引入市场竞争机制,建立激励机制,提高办赛效率,节约社会成本;(3)以体育赛事理论研究为基础,加强赛事开发应用性研究,着重培养复合型人才;(4)建立健全体育赛事相关法律法规,提高赛事组织和管理者的法律素质,规范体育赛事市场;(5)提供优惠政策,激发赛事运作主体办赛兴趣,建立数据库,客观准确地评估体育赛事;(6)辨证地看待金融危机等国际局势带来的影响,迎接挑战,把握机遇。
[Abstract]:With the transition of China's economic system from planned economy to socialist market economy, the development of sports events is faced with many unavoidable practical problems. By using the methods of literature, interview, case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper explains the meaning of sports events and the concept of market development, and describes the present situation of the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province. This paper analyzes the factors restricting the market development of sports events, and through the SWOT analysis of the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province, puts forward the path of the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province. It is concluded that: (1) the market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province is based on the political, economic and cultural background of our country, and combined with the development strategy of the city. It embodies the characteristics and purposes of socialist development with Chinese characteristics: (2) there are three modes of market development of sports events in Jiangsu Province, two kinds of organizations, and the government controls a large number of competition resources. It also plays an important role in the market operation of sports events. (3) Jiangsu Province draws lessons from foreign advanced market operation models, integrates the elements of market operation, and develops the market of sports events in combination with its provincial conditions, and achieves good results. (4) the sports industry of Jiangsu Province promotes the economic growth step by step. The sports event market runs under the dual track of policy investment and market-oriented operation, the competition market can not achieve the effective allocation of resources, resulting in incomplete competition; (5) the market of sports events is not an effective market, the phenomenon of microcosmic market failure is widespread, the institutional balance of market-oriented operation is difficult to establish; (6) the international financial crisis impacts the real economy of the world and affects the market resources of sports events. The suggestions are as follows: (1) carrying out the government function, fully combining the market operation, realizing the complementary advantages; combining the city culture with the sports culture, constructing the characteristic sports city; (2) introducing the market competition mechanism, establishing the incentive mechanism, improving the running efficiency, (3) on the basis of theoretical research of sports events, to strengthen the research on the development and application of sports events, focusing on the cultivation of compound talents; (4) to establish and improve the relevant laws and regulations of sports events, and to improve the legal quality of the organization and management of sports events, Standardizing the sports market; (5) providing preferential policies to stimulate the interest of the main players in running the tournament, establishing a database to objectively and accurately evaluate the sports events; (6) dialectically looking at the impact of the international situation such as the financial crisis, and meeting the challenges, Seize the opportunity.
