《开明国语课本》的图文叙事研究

【摘要】：民国时期,正值中国思想文化全面转型的巅峰时期,这种转型在中国的政治、经济、文化乃至教育方面都有着不同程度的渗透与体现。教育,尤其是呈现了这一现代性全面转型的基层教育,在国难当头、时局动荡的民国时期的教化和普及作用是不容忽视的。《开明国语课本》①是一套影响深远的教科书,除了对于传统的继承和发扬之外,它自身所蕴涵的现代性因素对于民国时期教育转型、文学文化转型的研究也是一个不容忽视的鲜明例证。但在已有的开明本研究成果中,大多倾向于学科教学或者教育史学方面,专注于《开明国语课本》本身的初级语文教材的价值考量,对其所隐含的现代性因素方面的关注与研究较少涉及。本论文的研究着眼点是《开明国语课本》的图文叙事,通过对开明本的图、文以及它们的互动关系的研究,来探讨其对于现代文学转型、文化转型的回应,进而探究在开明本中现代儿童是如何被发现的,现代读者是如何被培养的,现代国民是如何被重塑的,现代民族是如何被凝聚的。本论文共分为三部分,第一部分是绪论。第二部分为正文,共分成三章,第一章:图与文的叙事,第二章:图与文的关系,第三章:图文叙事的现代性建构。第三部分是结语。本论文认为《开明国语课本》中的插图不仅是一种美育式的教育方式,而且也体现了对于现代儿童的重新发现。开明本中白话的普及以及题材、文体的拓展新变,是对现代文化转型的回应。图与文的互动隐含了对于现代读者的培养。而所有的一切最终都汇聚为对于现代国民的重塑以及现代民族的建构和凝聚。本论文的研究点虽小,但是笔者力图以小见大、见微知著,在现有研究成果基础之上,为开明本的研究提供一个新的同时也是值得关注的研究视点。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, it was the peak period of the overall transformation of Chinese ideology and culture, which was permeated and reflected to different degrees in the political, economic, cultural and even educational aspects of China. Education, especially at the grass-roots level, which presents a comprehensive transformation of modernity, has played an important role in the enlightenment and popularization of the turbulent period of the Republic of China in the face of the national disaster. The enlightened Mandarin textbook 1 is a set of textbooks with far-reaching influence. In addition to inheriting and carrying forward the tradition, the modernity factor contained in it is also a clear example that can not be ignored in the study of the transformation of literature and culture in the period of the Republic of China. However, most of the existing results of this study tend to focus on the subject teaching or educational history, focusing on the value of the primary Chinese textbooks of the enlightened Mandarin textbook itself. There is little concern and research on its implied modernity factors. The research focus of this thesis is the graphic and textual narration of enlightened Mandarin textbook. Through the study of the picture, text and their interactive relationship of the enlightened text, this paper discusses its response to the transformation of modern literature and cultural transformation. Then it explores how modern children are discovered, how modern readers are cultivated, how modern citizens are reshaped, and how modern nations are condensed in the enlightened book. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the introduction. The second part is divided into three chapters: the first is the narrative of graph and text, the second is the relationship between graph and text, and the third is the construction of modernity of graphic narrative. The third part is the conclusion. This thesis holds that the illustrations in enlightened Mandarin textbook are not only a form of aesthetic education, but also reflect the rediscovery of modern children. The popularization of vernacular and the development of subject matter and style are the responses to the transformation of modern culture. The interaction between pictures and texts implies the cultivation of modern readers. And all of them finally converge for the reconstruction of modern people and the construction and cohesion of modern nation. Although the research point of this thesis is small, the author tries hard to see the whole through a small part, see microscopically, on the basis of the existing research results, it provides a new and worth paying attention to the research of the enlightened version at the same time.
