出口信用保险服务国家“一带一路”战略初探

【摘要】：随着国家"一带一路"战略进入务实推进阶段,我国"走出去"企业迎来重大战略机遇,又面临着来自"一带一路"沿线国家的政治、经济、运营环境等方面的挑战。作为防范出口信用风险、确保贸易投资安全的保障机制,出口信用保险的重要性日益凸显。为更好地发挥推动"一带一路"战略的政策性职能,中国信保多措并举,全面深入地推进产品市场开发;创新产品与业务模式,不断完善服务机制;搭建"一带一路"全流程信用风险保障机制,深入服务"一带一路"战略。
[Abstract]:With the country's "Belt and Road" strategy entering the stage of pragmatic promotion, Chinese "going out" enterprises welcome major strategic opportunities, and face challenges from the political, economic, and operational environment of the countries along the road of the country "Belt and Road". As a safeguard mechanism to guard against export credit risk and ensure the safety of trade and investment, the importance of export credit insurance is becoming more and more prominent. In order to give full play to the policy function of "Belt and Road" strategy, China's Xin Baoduo should carry out comprehensive and in-depth product market development, innovate the product and business model, and continuously improve the service mechanism. Build "Belt and Road" the whole process of credit risk protection mechanism, in-depth service "Belt and Road" strategy.
