“丝绸之路经济带”战略下中格高等教育的交流与互动

【摘要】："丝绸之路经济带"是在古丝绸之路概念基础上形成的新型区域合作模式,是中国政府提出的对外开放战略,即努力构建区域内"政治互信、经济融合、文化包容的利益共同体、命运共同体和责任共同体"。格鲁吉亚作为"丝绸之路经济带"战略的积极参与者,同样重视在政治、经济、文化等多个领域与中国开展全方位、多层次的交流与合作。其中,高等教育作为文化交流与互动的关键环节,将在中格共建"丝绸之路经济带"过程中发挥十分重要的桥梁作用,未来两国可进一步深化孔子学院文化交流功能,并在学生互换、学者互访、跨国科研项目合作以及举办国际学术论坛等方面探索新的发展路径,从而为区域经贸合作提供智力支持和人才保障。
[Abstract]:The "Silk Road Economic Belt" is a new regional cooperation model formed on the basis of the ancient Silk Road concept. It is the opening up strategy put forward by the Chinese government, that is, striving to build "political mutual trust and economic integration" in the region. Community of interests, Community of Destiny and Community of responsibility. Georgia, as an active participant in the "Silk Road Economic Belt" strategy, also attaches importance to carrying out all-round and multi-level exchanges and cooperation with China in political, economic, cultural and other fields. Among them, higher education, as a key link of cultural exchange and interaction, will play a very important role as a bridge in the process of building "Silk Road Economic Belt" between China and Georgia. In the future, the two countries can further deepen the function of cultural exchange of Confucius Institutes. It also explores new development paths in such aspects as student exchange, exchange of visits between scholars, cooperation of transnational scientific research projects and holding of international academic forums, so as to provide intellectual support and talent security for regional economic and trade cooperation.
