香港人民币离岸金融市场的建设与人民币回流机制研究

【摘要】：随着中国政治经济实力的不断增强，进出口能力的不断增强，人民币在国际市场上流通的范围和规模开始不断的扩大，，已经在一定区内扮演了国际货币的角色。中国在逐渐探索着经济体制的改革，慢慢的将真正的中国展现给世界，在以这种前提的努力下，香港的人民币离岸市场发展非常好，并取得了非常显著的成绩。随着境外人民币的增多，回流机制的不完善，滞留在香港的人民币将影响到我国宏观经济的调控政策和央行货币政策的实施，并且将对人民币国际化战略产生重大影响。文章对于境外人民币对中国货币供给影响的分析，指出完善人民币回流机制的重要性，将对未来人民币国际化战略、我国政府宏观政策制定实施情况等各方面都十分重要。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of China's political and economic strength and the increasing ability of import and export, the scope and scale of RMB circulation in the international market has been expanding, which has already played the role of international currency in a certain region. China is gradually exploring the reform of the economic system, slowly showing the real China to the world. With the efforts of this premise, the offshore market of RMB in Hong Kong has developed very well, and has made very remarkable achievements. With the increase of overseas RMB and the imperfection of return mechanism, the RMB stranded in Hong Kong will affect the implementation of the macroeconomic regulation and control policy and the monetary policy of the central bank, and will have a significant impact on the internationalization strategy of RMB. This paper analyzes the influence of foreign RMB on China's money supply, and points out the importance of perfecting RMB reflux mechanism, which will be very important to the internationalization strategy of RMB in the future and the macro policy formulation and implementation of Chinese government.
