城市价值创造力评价研究
[Abstract]:The 21 st century is the century of the city. City is not only an important carrier of economic and social development, but also the political, economic and cultural center of its region. In the integration of global economic relations, Chinese cities are an important link and location node in the new economic integration of the world. At the same time, with the rapid development of industrialization and the continuous improvement of the global value production network system, Chinese cities have entered a stage of all-round development. On the one hand, rapid urban development plays an important role in promoting the development of production, economy, urban construction and so on in the framework of urban tangible value. On the other hand, due to the sustained growth and high concentration of urban population, water pollution, air pollution, traffic congestion, social security and a series of "urban diseases" are also more serious. Under the background of the new era, how to maintain the urban environment construction, maximize the urban value and seek the long-term and healthy value creation mode of the city is an important challenge to the urban development while creating the tangible value of the city. Therefore, the discussion of urban value, urban value creativity and urban development is an important proposition of practical significance. At present, there are still gaps in the research in the field of urban value and urban value creativity in our country. Most of the research on urban development ability focuses on the research on urban competitiveness, urban innovation ability and so on. However, both urban competitiveness and urban innovation ability serve the maximization of urban value. In most of the literature on urban value research, some scholars have involved in the study of urban value creativity, but have not yet formed a unified theoretical framework. It is based on this, this paper launched the study of urban value and urban value creativity. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research results of urban value and urban value creation at home and abroad, combined with the theories of human ecology, urban space science, urban economics and the methods of principal component analysis and empirical induction, the following studies are carried out: (1) starting from the basic connotation of value, based on the summary of the research status of value and urban value at home and abroad, using human ecology, urban space science, The city is regarded as a unified system between man and nature, and the scale and content of urban space are expanded, and the concepts of urban social and cultural space and urban material entity space are put forward. On this basis, this paper defines the connotation and main influencing elements of urban value and urban value creativity, and emphasizes the utility of urban value to urban residents. (2) taking the realization of personal value as the starting point, this paper analyzes the concrete process of urban value from generation, circulation, transformation, distribution and realization, and analyzes the composition, influencing factors and development path of urban value creativity. This paper puts forward the growth path of urban value creativity based on the dimension of urban value flow spatial vitality and urban spatial capacity. (3) based on the research on urban value and urban value creativity at home and abroad, combined with the theoretical framework of this paper, a set of evaluation index system is constructed, which is both in accordance with the national conditions and operable. On this basis, the principal component analysis method is used to make an empirical study on some cities at and above the prefecture level in China. It is considered that there is a gradient distribution of urban value creativity in China from the eastern, central and western regions, and there is also a big gap in the value creativity among the cities in the region. On the whole, all aspects of the development of economically developed cities are also relatively balanced, which is manifested in high urban value creativity, while the urban value creation power in economically backward areas is also relatively low, and the corresponding countermeasures and measures to enhance urban value creativity are put forward.
