中印在斯里兰卡经贸领域的竞争态势分析

【摘要】：斯里兰卡作为南亚地区新兴经济体,近年来经济发展迅速,2010年-2013年,GDP年均增长率达7.5%,重要的地理位置,强劲的经济增长能力,使得斯里兰卡成为南亚乃至亚洲地区最具投资潜力的国家。2013年斯里兰卡吸引外国直接投资(包括外国贷款)共14.2亿美元。中国和印度是亚洲近邻,同时也是当今世界上最重要两个发展中国家。伴随着中印两国的崛起,两国之间的经济竞争也成为了21世纪国际社会关注的焦点。印度洋沿岸地区是目前世界新的经济增长点,同时也是重要的海上交通要道,更是中印两国亚太战略的重要组成部分。斯里兰卡作为南亚新兴的经济增长体,正承载着更多中印两国经济政治的竞争,如何在斯里兰卡经贸领域保持良好的竞争优势,实现稳定增长,关系到中国企业的切身利益,更关系到中国印度洋战略的成败。本文首先,对斯里兰卡近年来经贸领域发展的总体情况进行分析,重点从贸易、直接投资和工程承包领域分析,得出斯里兰卡目前存在着巨大的市场机遇,越来越多的国家与斯里兰卡产生经贸往来。然后,重点叙述中印两国与斯里兰卡经贸关系发展的历史和现状。两国都与斯里兰卡很早就建立了经贸关系,特别在斯内战结束后,两国都加大了与斯里兰卡经贸合作的力度,在各领域的竞争态势也逐渐显现。之后,本文着重从双边贸易、直接投资和工程承包三个领域分析了中印在斯里兰卡的具体竞争态势,通过数据和表格等直观手段表现了中印在与斯里兰卡经贸往来中的优劣势。最后,结合中印在斯里兰卡经贸发展的竞争形势,分析出中国在与斯里兰卡经贸发展中存在的一些问题,并就问题尝试性给出了几点建议。
[Abstract]:Sri Lanka, as an emerging economy in South Asia, has experienced rapid economic development in recent years. From 2010 to 2013, the annual GDP growth rate of Sri Lanka reached 7.5%, an important geographical position and strong economic growth capacity. Making Sri Lanka the most promising country in South Asia and Asia. In 2013 Sri Lanka attracted foreign direct investment (including foreign loans). A total of $1.42 billion. China and India are close neighbors to Asia. It is also the two most important developing countries in the world. It is accompanied by the rise of China and India. In 21th century, the economic competition between the two countries has become the focus of attention of the international community. The Indian Ocean coastal area is a new economic growth point in the world, but also an important maritime transportation route. Sri Lanka, as a new economic growth body in South Asia, is carrying more economic and political competition between China and India. How to maintain a good competitive advantage and achieve stable growth in Sri Lanka's economic and trade field is related to the vital interests of Chinese enterprises, but also to the success or failure of China's Indian Ocean strategy. This paper analyzes the overall situation of Sri Lanka's economic and trade development in recent years, focusing on the fields of trade, direct investment and project contracting, and concludes that there are huge market opportunities in Sri Lanka. More and more countries have had economic and trade exchanges with Sri Lanka. Then, the history and current situation of the development of economic and trade relations between China and India and Sri Lanka have been described. Both countries have established economic and trade relations with Sri Lanka very early. Especially after the end of the Sri Lankan civil war, both countries have increased the strength of economic and trade cooperation with Sri Lanka, and the competitive situation in various fields has gradually appeared. After that, this paper focuses on bilateral trade. Direct investment and project contracting analysis of the specific competition situation of China and India in Sri Lanka, through data and tables and other intuitive means to show the advantages and disadvantages of China and India in economic and trade exchanges with Sri Lanka. Finally. Combined with the competitive situation of Sino-Indian economic and trade development in Sri Lanka, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the economic and trade development between China and Sri Lanka, and puts forward some tentative suggestions on the problems.
