黑龙江省城乡收入差距问题研究

【摘要】：收入分配问题一直是我国社会发展中的热点问题，解决收入分配差距尤其是城乡收入差距问题，已经不仅仅是简单的经济问题、社会问题，更是对我国未来的发展构成了严峻挑战的政治问题。在2012年两会期间民众最关注的十大问题中，收入分配问题排在首位，我国现阶段收入分配差距问题已经成为一个关系到我国社会稳定及经济可持续发展的大问题。中南财经政法大学中国收入分配研究中心调查研究表明，我国城乡之间、地区之间和行业之间的收入差距不断扩大，而我国收入差距有将近一半来自于城乡之间收入差距。如何协调好城市和农村的发展，解决好农村和城市居民收入不公平现状，需要全社会的共同努力。黑龙江省作为农业大省并且还是东北老工业基地之一，其存在的城乡收入差距问题有着自身的特色。在2011年，黑龙江省粮食产量位居全国第一、耕地面积和耕地质量都位于全国首位，，这使得黑龙江省农村居民的收入水平相对高于全国农村居民收入的平均水平，但是这并不意味着黑龙江省不存在城乡收入差距问题。本文通过对经济数据的整理以及相关理论的学习，对黑龙江省城乡收入差距问题进行了研究与探讨。首先是对当前关于城乡收入问题的国内外研究现状进行梳理，在此基础上选取相应指标对黑龙江省城乡收入差距现状进行衡量，然后通过分析找到影响黑龙江省城乡收入差距的因素，并选取合适的变量对这些影响因素进行定量分析，最后通过一系列分析得出结论，并给出改变黑龙江省城乡收入差距现状的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The problem of income distribution has always been a hot issue in the social development of our country. To solve the income distribution gap, especially the income gap between urban and rural areas, is not only a simple economic problem, social problems. It is also a serious challenge to the future development of our country political issues. In 2012 during the two sessions of the people most concerned about the top ten issues, income distribution in the first place. The issue of income distribution gap has become a major problem related to the social stability and sustainable economic development in China at the present stage. The investigation and research of China income Distribution Research Center of Central South University of Finance and Economics and Law shows that. The income gap between urban and rural areas, regions and industries is expanding, and nearly half of the income gap in China comes from the income gap between urban and rural areas. How to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas. To solve the unfair income situation of rural and urban residents, the whole society needs to make joint efforts. Heilongjiang Province, as a big agricultural province and one of the old industrial bases in Northeast China, has its own characteristics of urban-rural income gap. In 2011, Heilongjiang Province's grain production ranked first in the country. Cultivated land area and cultivated land quality are in the first place in the country, which makes the income level of rural residents in Heilongjiang Province is relatively higher than the average income level of rural residents in the whole country. However, this does not mean that there is no income gap between urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang Province. This article through the economic data collation as well as the related theory study. The problem of income gap between urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang Province has been studied and discussed. First of all, the current domestic and international research status of urban-rural income issues is sorted out. On this basis, select the corresponding indicators to measure the current situation of income gap between urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang Province, and then find out the factors that affect the income gap between urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang Province. And select the appropriate variables for quantitative analysis of these factors, finally through a series of analysis to draw conclusions, and give policy recommendations to change the current situation of income gap between urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang Province.
