河北省环京津贫困带生态经济协调发展研究

【摘要】：生态经济是一种尊重生态原理和经济发展规律的经济。它要求把人类经济社会发展与其所依托的生态环境作为一个整体.强调把经济系统与生态系统的多种相关要素联系起来进行综合分析与实施，实现经济社会与生态环境协调发展。现代经济社会建设必须按照生态协调发展规律办事，归根到底，就是要真正建设起互促协调型的现代生态经济模式。本文从生态经济相关理论入手，，在分析河北省环京津贫困带经济和生态现状的基础上，总结该区域出现经济贫困和生态问题的原因，并提出了相应促进该区域生态经济协调发展的政策建议。本文包括六章。第一章导言，主要介绍本文的研究背景和意义、文献综述、技术路线、研究方法和创新点；第二章关于生态经济的相关原理，这部分界定生态经济相关概念，对生态经济进行科学定位并阐述生态经济协调发展的理论依据；第三章贫困地区发展经济和保护生态环境之间的关系，经济发展和生态环境保护之间存在对立统一的关系；阐述了贫困地区实现生态经济协调发展的可行性和必要性；第四章河北省环京津贫困带现状。对河北省环京津贫困带现状主要从经济方面和生态方面进行阐述。经济方面通过对比河北一侧和京津一侧的指标来凸显河北省环京津贫困带的经济现状；总结了贫困带在经济方面和生态方面存在的突出特点；第五章河北省环京津贫困带生态经济未协调发展的缘由。从多个方面分析了河北省环京津贫困带出现贫困问题和生态问题的原因；第六章促进河北省环京津贫困带生态经济协调发展的建议。从产业结构、区际生态补偿、河北省发展方向和环境等方面来阐述如何促进生态经济协调发展。
[Abstract]:Ecological economy is a kind of respect for the ecological principle and the law of economic development of the economy. It requires the ecological environment of human economic and social development and relying on as a whole. Emphasize the economic system and ecological system of various factors linked to comprehensive analysis and implementation, to achieve economic and social development and ecological environment construction of modern economy. Society must after all in accordance with the ecological coordinated development laws, is to really build up mutual promotion of modern ecological economy mode of coordination.
Based on the related theories of eco economics, this paper analyzes the current economic and ecological situation of the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin in Hebei Province, summarizes the reasons for economic poverty and ecological problems in the area, and puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations to promote the coordinated development of eco economy in this area.
This paper includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, literature review, technical route, research methods and innovation; the second chapter related principle about ecological economy, this part defines the related concept of ecological economy, the orientation of ecological economy and expounds the theoretical basis of coordinated development of ecological economy; relationship between the ecological environment of developing the economy and protecting the third chapter of the poor areas, relationship between the unity of opposites between economic development and environmental protection; expounds the realization of the coordinated development of ecological economy in the impoverished areas of the feasibility and necessity of; the fourth chapter of Hebei province poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin in Hebei province. The status of poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin mainly from the economic situation and ecological aspects. By comparing the economic side of Hebei and Tianjin on the side of the index to highlight the Hebei province economic poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin The status quo; summarizes the salient features of the poverty belt in the economic and ecological aspects of existence; the fifth chapter the reason of Hebei province poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin eco economic coordinated development. An analysis of Hebei province poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin appear problem of poverty and ecological problems from many aspects; the sixth chapter of Hebei province to promote the coordination of poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin the development of the ecological economy. From the industrial structure, regional ecological compensation in Hebei Province, the direction of development and environment and other aspects of how to promote the coordinated development of ecological economy.
