【摘要】：农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化是经济建设的重要组成部分，促进“四化”协调发展是推进社会主义现代化建设的核心内容。黑龙江垦区是国家重要的商品粮基地，在农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化的发展中既取得了显著成绩，也存在着许多问题。当前，提升黑龙江垦区竞争力的重要举措是实现并长期保持农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化的协调发展。以农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化相关理论思想为基础，以系统论、协同学等为手段，采用实证分析与规范分析相结合的方法对黑龙江垦区农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化协调发展进行了全面、深入的研究，旨在确定黑龙江垦区农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化协调发展的程度，，探求其影响因素，为黑龙江垦区做决策提供参考。通过建立农业现代化、城镇化、工业化与信息化协调发展评价指标体系和协调度模型，测算了黑龙江垦区农业现代化、城镇化、工业化与信息化的发展水平及其协调发展度，进而判断其总体是否协调发展。通过对黑龙江垦区“四化”运行的动力与运行模式进行深入剖析的基础上，研究了各“化”的影响因素。运用GM(1，N)模型确定了黑龙江垦区农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化的驱动因素与制约因素。研究结果表明：农业现代化、城镇化、工业化及信息化整体的协调发展与其各“化”的协调发展相互依赖，农业现代化与工业化、信息化之间的协调发展至关重要，农业现代化、城镇化及信息化的发展水平是“四化”协调发展的驱动因素，工业化的发展将成为黑龙江垦区“四化”协调发展的主要动力。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization and informatization is an important part of economic development, promote the coordinated development of "four modernizations" is the core content of the construction of socialist modernization. Heilongjiang reclamation area is an important national commodity grain base, in the town of agricultural modernization, industrialization and informatization, the development of which has made remarkable achievements, there are also many of the problems. At present, an important measure to enhance the competitiveness of Heilongjiang reclamation area is to achieve and maintain long-term agricultural modernization, urbanization, coordinated development of industrialization and informatization.
With agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization and informatization theory based on the system theory, synergetics, etc, urban method using the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis of Heilongjiang agricultural modernization, industrialization and informatization, the coordinated development of a comprehensive, in-depth study aimed to determine the reclamation area of Heilongjiang agricultural modernization and urbanization, the coordinated development of industrialization and informationization, explore its influencing factors, to provide reference for the decision making of Heilongjiang reclamation area.
Through the establishment of agricultural modernization, urbanization, evaluation index system and coordination degree model of coordinated development of industrialization and informatization, measure the reclamation area of Heilongjiang agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization and informatization development and coordinated development degree, and then determine whether the coordinated development of the overall. The results show that: agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization and informatization depend on coordinated development of overall coordinated development and the "change", agricultural modernization and industrialization, informatization is crucial, the coordinated development between the development level of agricultural modernization, urbanization and informatization is the driving factors of four coordinated development, the development of industrialization will Heilongjiang reclamation area has become a major driving force for the "four modernizations" coordinated development.
