【摘要】：作为我国传统老工业基地的东三省地区(辽吉黑经济区),现阶段已成为珠三角、长三角、环渤海后的中国经济发展的"第四极",但由于历史原因,在其区域经济、城市社会经济发展水平相对于东部地区尚有一定差距。本文在分析东北三省区域经济发展现状及问题的基础上,提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:As the traditional old industrial base of our country, Dongsan province (Liaoji-Heihe Economic Zone) has now become the "4th pole" of China's economic development after the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Sea, but for historical reasons. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of regional economic development in the three northeastern provinces, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions on the basis of the analysis of the regional economy and the level of social and economic development of the city compared with the eastern region.
