基于DEA和C-D函数的区域创新系统知识溢出研究

【摘要】：随着信息和知识经济的迅猛发展,知识对区域创新系统创新和经济活动及产出的作用逐渐增强。知识溢出成为解释产业集聚现象以及创新和经济增长的至关重要的概念。研究区域创新系统知识溢出,测度溢出效应并分析溢出机制和主要影响因素,对各区域充分发挥各自优势,尤其是欠发达地区发挥其后发优势,缩小区域间社会经济发展有着理论和现实的重要意义。本文主要基于区域创新系统知识溢出的视角,通过相关研究综述、理论分析,运用数据包络分析以及C-D生产函数方法对我国区域创新系统知识溢出进行了比较深入的实证研究,主要包括如下几个方面的具体内容：首先,在区域创新系统的大背景下,对区域创新系统的知识溢出等进行了相关研究。回顾相关文献分析了溢出的机制、影响因素及其测度等,针对国内外对知识溢出的研究所存在的不足,站在了全新的角度对我国各省域创新系统的知识溢出进行了研究分析。其次,本文使用了文献研究法、理论和实际相结合等方法,通过构建区域创新系统知识溢出DEA模型,对我国各地区数据进行处理分析,探讨了各地区的知识溢出水平及差异,又结合C-D函数,对我国各省域创新系统知识溢出建立了知识溢出效应的生产函数模型,比较了知识溢出的方向和强度,分析出知识溢出主要影响因素。最后,根据上面对我国区域创新系统知识溢出的实证研究,得出以下结论：一、资本存量、RD经费支出和人力资本投入是区域创新系统知识溢出的主要因素；二、区域内不同要素对知识溢出的作用不同,多个投入要素之间投入量和规模比例的协调是决定区域知识溢出绩效水平的关键；三、区域创新系统知识溢出投入产出结构的合理化是政府区域经济发展调控的重要内容。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information and knowledge economy. The effect of knowledge on regional innovation system innovation and economic activity and output is gradually strengthened. Knowledge spillover has become a crucial concept to explain the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration and innovation and economic growth. Out. Measure the spillover effect and analyze the spillover mechanism and main influencing factors to give full play to the respective advantages of each region, especially to the less developed regions. It is of theoretical and practical significance to reduce the economic and social development of the region. This paper is mainly based on the perspective of knowledge spillover of regional innovation system, through the relevant research review, theoretical analysis. Using data envelopment analysis and C-D production function method, this paper makes a more in-depth empirical study on knowledge spillover of regional innovation system in China, which mainly includes the following aspects: Firstly, under the background of regional innovation system, the knowledge spillover of regional innovation system is studied. The mechanism, influencing factors and its measurement of spillover are analyzed. In view of the deficiency of the research on knowledge spillover at home and abroad, this paper studies and analyzes the knowledge spillover of innovation system in various provinces of China from a new angle. Secondly, this paper uses the method of literature research, theory and practice, through the construction of regional innovation system knowledge spillover DEA model, the processing and analysis of regional data in China. This paper discusses the level and difference of knowledge spillover in different regions, and establishes the production function model of knowledge spillover effect of innovation system in different provinces of China, combining with C-D function. The direction and intensity of knowledge spillover are compared, and the main influencing factors of knowledge spillover are analyzed. Finally, according to the empirical research on knowledge spillover of regional innovation system in China, the following conclusions are drawn: first, capital stock. Rd expenditure and human capital investment are the main factors of knowledge spillover of regional innovation system. Secondly, the effect of different factors on knowledge spillover is different, and the coordination of input and scale ratio is the key to determine the performance level of regional knowledge spillover. Thirdly, the rationalization of the input-output structure of regional innovation system knowledge spillover is an important part of the government's regional economic development.
