进口贸易对我国技术创新能力影响的研究

【摘要】：21世纪以来,我国的对外贸易取得了飞速的发展,至2012年,我国的进出口贸易总额首次超越了美国位居世界之首,成为了名副其实的贸易大国。然而相比于不断扩大的贸易规模,我国的技术基础比较薄弱,整体的技术创新能力还有待加强。国际贸易是技术扩散的一条重要渠道,一国可以通过进口贸易,引进、模仿、吸收国外的先进技术从而获得技术进步,这对于我国这样的发展中国家尤为重要。飞速发展的进口贸易对我国的技术创新能力的影响如何,效果怎么样,又应该如何加以引导和改善,在全球化的大背景下,这些问题对于中国加速技术进步,加快经济发展都具有重要的现实意义。本文采用理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法来研究进口贸易对我国技术创新能力的影响效应。在理论方面,本文首先就什么是技术做了界定,并对技术创新理论的起源、发展做了回顾,结合古今中外对技术创新概念的阐述,得出了自己对技术创新的理解。接着从国内和国外两个角度就国际贸易与技术进步之间的关系做了文献综述,对国内外学者的理论和方法做了了解。随后对国际贸易理论做了简要的介绍,列举了国际贸易对技术创新能力的影响机制,并研究了进口贸易促进技术创新能力的几个途径,对影响进口贸易技术溢出效应的因素也做了分析。理论部分的最后本文分别对我国进口贸易和技术创新的现状做了阐述,对我国最近几年来进口贸易和技术创新的一些数据做了简要的分析。在实证方面,本文在Griliches(1979)提出的知识生产函数以及Jaffe(1989)对生产函数扩展的基础上,建立了面板数据模型,检验了2001年至2010年进口贸易对我国技术创新能力的影响效应,结果显示这10年来进口贸易对我国的技术创新能力有着显著的促进作用,并且我国的RD投入和人力资本也对技术创新起到了重要的推动作用。最后,本文在上述研究的基础上,得出结论并提出了几个提高我国技术创新能力的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, China's foreign trade has made rapid development. By 2012, the total volume of China's import and export trade exceeded the United States' ranking first in the world for the first time. China's technological foundation is relatively weak, and its overall technological innovation capability needs to be strengthened. International trade is an important channel for technology diffusion. A country can gain technological progress by importing, importing, imitating and absorbing advanced technology from abroad. This is particularly important for a developing country like China. The impact of the rapid development of import trade on China's technological innovation capability, the effect, and how to guide and improve it should be guided and improved. In the context of globalization, These problems are of great practical significance for China to speed up technological progress and economic development. This paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the effect of import trade on China's technological innovation ability. In theory, this paper first defines what is technology and the origin of technology innovation theory. After reviewing the development, combining with the exposition of the concept of technological innovation at all times and at home and abroad, the author draws his own understanding of technological innovation, and then makes a literature review on the relationship between international trade and technological progress from both domestic and foreign perspectives. This paper makes a brief introduction to the theory of international trade, enumerates the influence mechanism of international trade on the ability of technological innovation, and studies several ways of promoting the ability of technological innovation in import trade. At the end of the theoretical part, this paper expounds the current situation of China's import trade and technological innovation, and analyzes the factors that affect the technology spillover effect of import trade. This paper briefly analyzes some data of import trade and technological innovation in recent years. On the basis of the knowledge production function proposed by Griliches (1979) and the extension of production function by Jaffey (1989), a panel data model is established to test the effect of import trade on China's technological innovation ability from 2001 to 2010. The results show that import trade plays a significant role in promoting China's technological innovation in the past 10 years, and the R D input and human capital also play an important role in promoting technological innovation. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper draws a conclusion and puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the ability of technological innovation in China.
