地区分工视角下的河北经济增长研究

【摘要】：在地区的经济增长进程中，各地区之间的地理环境、人口因素、政策导向等存在的差异使得其形成不同的分工和产业发展模式。一般区域分工的深化，可以带动产业结构的升级优化，而产业结构的优化升级又有利于促进区域分工水平的提升，从而带动经济的增长。河北省作为东部沿海地区中相比山东、江苏等省份经济发展水平具有有一定差距，，但是其可以利用自身优势合理规划省内分工结构，进而缩小与其他省份之间的差距，实现地区经济的快速增长。本文主要研究了河北省的地区分工与经济增长之间关系，并结合河北省地区分工发展的现状及过程，选择相应的指标进行实证分析，最后根据分析得出的结论对河北省的分工和经济的发展提供一定的政策和建议。本文共有六章。第一章为绪论，本章提出本文的研究目的及研究意义，并对国内外现有的关于分工与经济增长关系的文献进行梳理。第二章为理论分析部分，首先对地区分工与经济增长的涵义进行解释，进而分析地区分工对经济增长的作用机制。第三章为实证分析部分，通过测算河北省内11个地市六大重要产业的结构相似系数，发现河北省的地区分工水平和专业化水平相对较低，即产业相似程度较高。第四章从地区分工的角度提出河北省经济发展过程中所存在的问题，以及地区分工水平较低对河北省经济增长的限制。第五章针对河北省地区分工中存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议。最后一章为结论。通过前面几章的分析，最终得出本文的结论并提出本文需要改进之处。本文的创新之处在于首次尝试通过选取河北省各地市的几大产业指标建立相应的计量模型分析河北省的地区分工发展水平，在此基础上从分工的角度提出河北省经济增长中出现的问题，并给予相应的政策和建议。
[Abstract]:In the process of regional economic growth, the differences of geographical environment, population factors and policy orientation among different regions make them form different division of labor and industrial development model. It can promote the upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure, and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure is conducive to the promotion of the level of regional division of labor, thus promoting economic growth. Jiangsu and other provinces have a certain gap in the level of economic development, but they can use their own advantages to rationally plan the structure of division of labor in the province, and then narrow the gap with other provinces, and realize the rapid growth of regional economy. This paper mainly studies the relationship between regional division of labor and economic growth in Hebei Province, and selects the corresponding indicators to carry out empirical analysis on the current situation and process of the development of regional division of labor in Hebei Province. Finally, according to the conclusion of the analysis, it provides some policies and suggestions for the division of labor and the development of economy in Hebei Province. There are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction, this chapter puts forward the research purpose and significance of this paper, and combs the existing literature about the relationship between division of labor and economic growth at home and abroad, the second chapter is the theoretical analysis part. First of all, the meaning of regional division of labor and economic growth is explained, and then the mechanism of regional division of labor on economic growth is analyzed. Chapter three is the empirical analysis part, which calculates the structural similarity coefficient of six important industries in 11 prefectures and cities in Hebei Province. It is found that the level of regional division of labor and the level of specialization in Hebei Province are relatively low, that is, the degree of industrial similarity is relatively high. Chapter 4th points out the problems existing in the process of economic development of Hebei Province from the angle of regional division of labor. Chapter 5th puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the regional division of labor in Hebei Province. The last chapter is the conclusion. Through the analysis of the previous chapters, Finally, the conclusion of this paper and the improvement of this paper are put forward. The innovation of this paper lies in the first attempt to establish a corresponding econometric model to analyze the development level of regional division of labor in Hebei Province by selecting several major industrial indicators of each city in Hebei Province. On the basis of this, the problems in the economic growth of Hebei Province are put forward from the angle of division of labor, and the corresponding policies and suggestions are given.
