当前中国区际产业转移及其特征——基于三个维度的分析

【摘要】：中国经济发展的空间不均衡引发了国内不同区域间的产业转移,这种区际产业转移既是区域间要素禀赋动态变化的体现,也是促进欠发达地区发展的重要路径。2008年金融危机后,随着外部需求的恶化以及国内市场的扩张,在市场推动和区域政策多重力量作用下,中国区际产业转移呈现出新的特征和趋势。作者基于对文献资料和实践案例的思考,从当前中国区际产业转移的"为什么转移、向哪里转移、怎么样转移"三个维度,即转移的动力与阻力、范围与方向、模式与政策三方面,立体式剖析发生在中国内部空间的产业转移,以求全面而深入地刻画当前我国区际产业转移的现状、特征及成因。
[Abstract]:The spatial imbalance of China's economic development has led to industrial transfer among different regions in China. This kind of interregional industrial transfer is not only the embodiment of the dynamic change of interregional factor endowment, but also an important way to promote the development of underdeveloped regions. After the financial crisis in 2008, With the deterioration of external demand and the expansion of domestic market, under the influence of market promotion and regional policy, China's inter-regional industrial transfer presents new characteristics and trends. From the three dimensions of "why, where and how to transfer" of the current inter-regional industrial transfer in China, that is, the motive force and resistance of the transfer, the scope and direction, the mode and the policy, This paper analyzes the industrial transfer in China's internal space in order to depict the present situation, characteristics and causes of the inter-regional industrial transfer in China.
