【摘要】：历史表明,工业文明在给人类创造巨大物质文化财富的同时,对人类赖以生存的自然生态和地球环境也造成了严重的破坏,导致全球性生态危机蔓延和经济社会的不可持续发展。当今世界人类文明的历史潮流已经开始由工业文明向生态文明转型,高碳经济模式不能再支撑社会的可持续发展,全球正在寻求一种使人类进入“后碳”社会的新模式,实现社会的可持续发展。本文由绪论、正文和结论三部分组成,绪论部分介绍了选题的背景、研究内容、创新点、研究方法和逻辑结构,结论部分总结了文章的主要观点,正文由五部分组成：第一章主要对国内外后碳社会研究现状、国外后碳社会的建设实践及“美丽浙江”建设研究进行述评,得出基于后碳社会理论来研究社会发展问题的可行性。第二章总结概括了后碳社会的内涵、特征、意义和建设路径,是本文研究的理论基础。后碳社会目前在全球范围内尚没有统一的概念,本文将其定义为一种社会发展新思维和经济发展新模式,涵盖经济、环境、社会等综合性问题,是一个全社会的实践。第三章分析了“美丽浙江”的产生背景、“美丽浙江”的建设目标、“美丽浙江”建设的成效和存在问题。第四章对“美丽浙江”建设存在的问题进行约束性条件分析,以能源消费、碳排放和经济增长的关系为主线,对浙江省能源结构、产业结构、建筑能耗、交通能耗和社会消费模式进行逐一分析,论述了建设“美丽浙江”、发展后碳社会的必要性和客观必然性。第五章提出建设“美丽浙江”必须转变社会发展的思路和模式,必须以实现后碳社会的目标来建设“美丽浙江”,走由“高碳——低碳——后碳”的发展路径,为“美丽浙江”的路径建设提供可靠性的参考。本文采用文献研究法、统计分析法、比较研究法和例证分析法对“美丽浙江”建设中的制约因素研究作为本文的重点,提出制约“美丽浙江”建设的“高碳”问题。本文的研究不但具有较强的理论意义,更有实际价值,为“美丽浙江”建设的路径分析提供了有力的理论基础和依据。在此基础上提出了基于后碳社会的“美丽浙江”建设路径,建设“美丽浙江”要走“高碳——低碳——后碳”的发展路径,需要整个社会树立生物圈合作意识,需要政府、企业、民间团体以及公众的通力合作,由此实现“美丽浙江”建设。
[Abstract]:History shows that industrial civilization has created enormous material wealth for human culture at the same time, the human survival of the natural ecological environment of the earth and also caused serious damage, leading to the sustainable development of global ecological crisis and the economic society. In today's world of human civilization history trend has begun the transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization. High carbon economy cannot support the sustainable development of the society, the world is seeking a new mode of human beings into the "carbon" society, realize the sustainable development of the society.
This paper is composed of three parts, the introduction, the main body and the conclusion. The introduction introduces the background, research content, innovation, research methods and logical structure of the topic. The concluding part summarizes the main points of the article. The body is composed of five parts.
The first chapter is mainly on the domestic and foreign research status of carbon society, society and practice of the construction of carbon "beautiful Zhejiang" construction research abroad, the feasibility that based on carbon society theory to study the problem of social development. The second chapter summarizes the connotation, carbon social characteristics, significance and path of construction, is the theoretical foundation the study in this paper. The carbon society is currently in the global scope is not a unified concept, this paper defines it as a new model of social development, new thinking and economic development environment, covering economic, social and comprehensive problem, is a social practice. The third chapter analyzes the background of beautiful Zhejiang "the" beautiful Zhejiang "construction target," beautiful Zhejiang "construction achievements and existing problems. The fourth chapter analyzes the constraint conditions of" beautiful Zhejiang "construction, in the energy consumption, carbon The relationship between emissions and economic growth in Zhejiang Province as the main line, energy structure, industrial structure, energy consumption, traffic energy consumption and social consumption patterns were analyzed, discussed the construction of "beautiful Zhejiang", after the development of the necessity and inevitability of the carbon society. The fifth chapter put forward the construction of "beautiful Zhejiang" must change the mode of thinking and the development of society, must be to achieve after the carbon society to build a "beautiful Zhejiang" go by "high carbon low carbon - carbon" development path, to provide reference for the reliability of the "path to build a beautiful Zhejiang.
This paper uses literature method, statistical analysis method, comparative research method and case analysis method to study on restriction factors in the construction of the beautiful Zhejiang "as the focus of this paper, puts forward the control of" beautiful Zhejiang "construction of the" high carbon ". This research not only has more strong theoretical significance, more practical value, provides strong theoretical foundation and basis for the path analysis of beautiful Zhejiang" construction. Based on the proposed carbon society "based on the path of building a beautiful Zhejiang", the construction of "beautiful Zhejiang" to go "high carbon, low carbon development path -- carbon", need the whole society to establish biosphere cooperation consciousness, the need for government enterprises, non-governmental organizations, and the public work together to realize the "beautiful Zhejiang" construction.
