山西省城市空间布局及集聚效应分析

【摘要】：城市是一定地域范围内的政治、经济、信息和文化中心,在国家和地区的社会经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用。城市化是一个“人口－经济－空间”三维一体的过程，其中人是行为主体，经济是驱动力，，空间是载体。人口和产业的集聚是导致城市最初形成的原因，城市是人口和经济在空间集聚上的反映。城市空间的合理布局将影响着人口和经济的进一步集聚。首先，本文在国内外学者关于城市空间布局及集聚效应机理研究的基础上,结合山西资源型地区的背景,通过统计数据对山西省城市空间布局的特征进行了描述。山西城市空间布局的基本特征:城市规模较小，城市空间布局比较分散，城市空间等级结构不合理。其次，通过建立投入-产出模型对山西城市集聚效应进行分析，得出结论：城市规模大的城市集聚效应较强，城市规模小的城市集聚效应不明显；并通过进一步分析指出产业结构的不合理会削弱城市的集聚效应，加剧城市空间的不合理布局。最后,根据对山西城市空间布局及集聚效应的分析，指出通过加快发展大中小城市,提高城市规模对城市的集聚效应，同时优化产业结构、促进农村人口合理流动、建立融资渠道、提高人均资本使用效率、以人口和产业的集聚带动城市空间的合理布局。
[Abstract]:The city is a political, economic, information and cultural center in a certain region, which plays an important role in the social and economic development of a country and a region. Urbanization is a three-dimensional process of "population-economy-space". Among them, people are the main actors, economy is the driving force, and space is the carrier. The agglomeration of population and industry is the cause of the initial formation of the city. City is the reflection of population and economy in spatial agglomeration, and the rational distribution of urban space will affect the further agglomeration of population and economy. First of all, on the basis of the research on urban spatial layout and agglomeration effect mechanism of domestic and foreign scholars, combined with the background of Shanxi resource-based region, This paper describes the characteristics of urban spatial layout in Shanxi Province by statistical data. The basic characteristics of urban spatial layout in Shanxi Province are: small scale, scattered urban spatial layout, unreasonable urban spatial hierarchy structure. By establishing the input-output model to analyze the effect of urban agglomeration in Shanxi province, it is concluded that the agglomeration effect of large city is strong, but that of small city is not obvious. Through further analysis, it is pointed out that the unreasonable industrial structure will weaken the agglomeration effect of cities and aggravate the unreasonable layout of urban space. Finally, based on the analysis of the spatial distribution and agglomeration effect of Shanxi cities, it is pointed out that through speeding up the development of large, medium and small cities, increasing the agglomeration effect of urban scale on cities, optimizing the industrial structure, and promoting the rational flow of rural population, Establish financing channels, improve the efficiency of per capita capital use, and promote the rational distribution of urban space by the agglomeration of population and industry.
