威海FDI与经济增长关系的实证分析

【摘要】：外商直接投资(Foreign Direct Investment)是指一国的投资者(自然人或法人)跨国境投入资本或其他生产要素,以获取或控制相应的企业经营管理权为核心,以获得利润或稀缺生产要素为目的的投资活动。近年来随着经济全球化进程的不断加深,FDI成为促进经济增长的主要力量之一。而FDI的引入对东道国地区的就业、进出口贸易、技术发展、国民收入等有重要的影响。FDI与经济增长的关系也成为经济学界研究的热点。很多研究证实FDI的引入有利于东道国的经济发展,尤其是发展中国家。我国自改革开放以来,不断加大引进外资的力度,有效弥补了中国投资不足的问题,是推动中国经济发展的三大马车之一。山东省作为沿海省份,FDI的引入数额一直走在全国前列,而威海作为山东省的沿海城市之一,也是韩资最早进入的城市,FDI对威海的经济增长究竟有怎么样的影响?因此有必要对威海市的经济发展水平和FDI引入状况进行研究,也有必要对威海市的经济增长和FDI的之间的相互关系进行研究分析,更有必要对FDI如何影响威海市的经济发展进行深入系统的研究,从而为以后威海市的FDI引入政策的调整提供一定的实证支持。本文首先回顾了FDI的相关理论文献,并对FDI的相关实证分析做了综述。在FDI与经济增长的相关理论基础上和新经济增长模型的基础上,利用威海市的数据,从外资来源地、FDI投入行业、外资规模、外资引入形式等来分析威海市引进FDI的结构域特征。同时对威海市的FDI对经济增长效应的进行了理论分析。在理论分析的基础上,借鉴有效地实证研究方法,利用平稳性检验和协整性相关检验对FDI与经济增长的相关性进行了实证研究,通过平稳性检验和协整性检验分析得出外商直接投资与经济增长之间不存在长期稳定的均衡关系,通过格兰杰因果检验证明FDI与GDP之间存在双向的短期的Granger因果关系。在双向的因果关系中,经济增长对FDI的影响比较强,而FDI对经济增长的影响相对较弱。最后在实证分析的基础上,进行总结并对威海市如何有效引进和利用外资提出相关的对策建议。威海市要加快经济发展,今后必须采取以下措施：促进FDI的技术外溢效应并充分利用FDI的技术外溢效应；改善市场以促进FDI的技术转移和技术外溢；改善外资的来源地和投入的结构产业,引导外商直接投资由劳动密集型产业向技术密集型产业转移。
[Abstract]:Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) refers to a country's investors (natural or legal persons) who invest capital or other production elements across the national border, with the core of obtaining or controlling the corresponding business operation and management power. In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization, FDI has become one of the main forces to promote economic growth. The relationship between FDI and economic growth has also become a hot topic in the field of economics. Many studies have confirmed that the introduction of FDI is conducive to the economic development of the host country. In particular, developing countries. Since the beginning of the reform and opening up, China has continuously increased its efforts to introduce foreign capital, effectively making up for the problem of insufficient investment in China. Shandong Province, as a coastal province, has been leading the country in introducing FDI, while Weihai, as one of the coastal cities in Shandong Province, has been one of the coastal cities in Shandong Province. Is also the earliest South Korean capital into the city of FDI on Weihai's economic growth what kind of impact? Therefore, it is necessary to study the level of economic development and the introduction of FDI in Weihai City, as well as the relationship between economic growth and FDI in Weihai City. It is more necessary to make a deep and systematic study on how FDI affects the economic development of Weihai City, so as to provide some empirical support for the adjustment of FDI introduction policy in Weihai City in the future. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant theoretical documents of FDI. On the basis of the theory of FDI and economic growth and the new economic growth model, using the data of Weihai City, the author makes use of the data of Weihai City to put FDI into the industry and the scale of foreign investment from the source of foreign investment. At the same time, the paper makes a theoretical analysis of the effect of FDI on economic growth in Weihai City. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper draws lessons from effective empirical research methods. By using the stationary test and cointegration correlation test, this paper makes an empirical study on the correlation between FDI and economic growth. Through the analysis of stationary test and cointegration test, it is concluded that there is no long-term stable equilibrium relationship between FDI and economic growth. Through Granger causality test, it is proved that there is a bidirectional short-term Granger causality between FDI and GDP. In the two-way causality, the influence of economic growth on FDI is relatively strong. The impact of FDI on economic growth is relatively weak. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, this paper summarizes and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively introduce and utilize foreign capital in Weihai. The following measures must be taken in the future: to promote the technology spillover effect of FDI and to make full use of the technology spillover effect of FDI; to improve the market to promote the technology transfer and technology spillover of FDI; to improve the origin of foreign capital and the structural industry of investment; To guide foreign direct investment from labor-intensive industries to technology-intensive industries.
