我国OFDI逆向技术溢出对国内技术创新能力的影响研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的深入和“走出去”战略的实施,我国企业对外直接投资(OutwardForeign Direct Investment, OFDI)进入了蓬勃发展时期。与此同时,世界范围内,技术优势取代成本优势,成为一个国家和企业核心竞争力的趋势日渐明朗。国内外越来越多的学者开始关注我国OFDI对国内技术优势形成的影响。其中一个主要的研究方向是OFDI逆向技术溢出对国内技术进步的影响。但是,鲜有学者将技术创新从技术进步中剥离出来,研究OFDI与国内技术创新能力之间的关系。基于此,本文以技术创新为视角,从理论和实证两方面较为系统地探究我国OFDI逆向技术溢出对国内技术创新能力的影响。 本文分为六章。首先在导论篇将文章的研究背景、意义、方法及创新与不足进行了介绍。第二章从理论和实证两个方面对国内外相关文献进行了梳理和总结。第三章为OFDI及创新能力概述,对主要研究对象的概念进行了界定并分别介绍了OFDI及我国技术创新能力的发展现状。第四章为OFDI逆向技术溢出对国内技术创新能力影响的机理分析,包括两部分:第一部分是我国OFDI逆向技术溢出的可行性分析,首先建立了一个两企业同质产品技术差异模型,从理论层面推倒出技术落后国企业通过OFDI渠道提升母国技术创新能力的可行性条件,接着从现实层面剖析了我国OFDI逆向技术溢出提升母国技术创新能力的国内外环境;第二部分是OFDI逆向技术溢出的路径,基于四种进入模型(绿地投资、跨国并购、建立海外研发机构、跨国联盟)提出了OFDI逆向技术溢出促进国内技术创新能力提升的路径。在理论分析的基础上,第五章进行实证分析,利用我国2003-2010年的省际面板数据进行了计量回归,结果表明:通过OFDI渠道逆向溢出的国外RD存量对我国国内专利授权数量具有显著地正向促进作用,但是,分地区研究显示东部地区促进效果最强、中部其次、西部较弱;此外,发明专利、实用新型专利、外观设计专利对OFDI技术溢出的反应程度也不完全相同,但差距较小。第六章为结论与政策建议,,对全文的研究内容及结论进行总结,从宏观和微观两个层面提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the implementation of the "going out" strategy, China's enterprises' outward direct investment (OFDI) has entered a period of vigorous development.At the same time, in the world, the technology advantage replaces the cost advantage, becomes a country and the enterprise core competitive power tendency day by day clear.More and more scholars at home and abroad begin to pay attention to the influence of OFDI on the formation of domestic technological advantage.One of the main research directions is the impact of OFDI reverse technology spillover on domestic technological progress.However, few scholars separate technological innovation from technological progress to study the relationship between OFDI and domestic technological innovation capability.Based on this, this paper, from the perspective of technological innovation, systematically explores the impact of OFDI reverse technology spillover on domestic technological innovation capability from both theoretical and empirical aspects.This paper is divided into six chapters.Firstly, the background, significance, method, innovation and deficiency of the article are introduced in the introduction.The second chapter combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature from both theoretical and empirical aspects.The third chapter is an overview of OFDI and innovation ability. The concept of main research object is defined and the development status of OFDI and technological innovation ability in China is introduced respectively.The fourth chapter is the mechanism analysis of OFDI reverse technology spillover to domestic technological innovation ability, including two parts: the first part is the feasibility analysis of OFDI reverse technology spillover in China.From the theoretical level, this paper puts forward the feasible conditions for the enterprises of the technologically backward countries to promote the technological innovation ability of their home countries through the OFDI channel, and then analyzes the domestic and foreign environment of China's OFDI reverse technology spillover to enhance the technological innovation capability of the home country from the practical aspect.The second part is the path of OFDI reverse technology spillover. Based on four entry models (greenbelt investment, transnational M & A, establishment of overseas R & D institutions, transnational alliance), the paper puts forward the path of OFDI reverse technology spillover to promote the improvement of domestic technological innovation ability.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the fifth chapter carries on the empirical analysis, using the interprovincial panel data from 2003 to 2010 to carry on the econometric regression.The results show that the reverse spillover of foreign R D stock through the OFDI channel has a significant positive effect on the number of domestic patent authorizations in China. However, regional studies show that the promotion effect is the strongest in the eastern region, the second in the central region, and the weaker in the western region.The degree of reaction of invention patent, utility model patent and design patent to OFDI technology spillover is different, but the gap is small.Chapter six is the conclusion and policy suggestion, which summarizes the research contents and conclusions, and puts forward the policy recommendations from the macro and micro levels.
