中国应该走一条什么样的技术追赶道路

【摘要】：正为紧紧抓住新一轮技术革命带来的机遇,我国加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业,力争缩小与发达国家的技术差距。但从技术创新实践来看,近年来我国不仅在全球价值链中处于中低端的产业地位未发生根本改变,而且光伏等战略性新兴产业又陷入"高端产业价值链低端化"的陷阱。通过对发达国家经济崛起历史的考察发现,目前我国的技术追赶路径存在着根本性缺陷,亟须实施战略转型。
[Abstract]:In order to seize the opportunity brought by the new round of technological revolution, China is speeding up the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries, and is striving to narrow the technological gap with developed countries.But from the practice of technological innovation, in recent years, our country not only in the global value chain in the middle and low end of the industrial status has not fundamentally changed, and photovoltaic and other strategic emerging industries into the "high-end industrial value chain low end" trap.Through the investigation of the history of the economic rise of developed countries, it is found that there are fundamental defects in the technological catch-up path of our country at present, and it is urgent to carry out the strategic transformation.
