东北老工业基地再振兴背景下的辽西北地区发展对策研究

【摘要】：辽西北地区包括阜新市、朝阳市和铁岭市,是辽宁省的欠发达地区。为实现区域经济协调发展,加快推进老工业基地全面振兴,辽宁实施"突破辽西北"战略。"突破辽西北"战略实施以来,辽西北地区在经济社会发展方面取得了一定成就,但也存在着众多问题。近年来,东北老工业基地再吹"振兴"号角,辽西北地区经济社会发展面临着新的机遇。在新的战略机遇期,需要重新审视辽西北地区发展特征与存在问题,有的放矢、积极应对,助推老工业基地全面振兴。
[Abstract]:The northwest Liaoning includes Fuxin City, Chaoyang City and Tieling City, which is the underdeveloped area of Liaoning Province.In order to realize the coordinated development of regional economy and speed up the overall revitalization of the old industrial bases, Liaoning has implemented the strategy of "breaking through the northwest of Liaoning."Since the implementation of the strategy of breaking through the "Northwest Liaoning Province", some achievements have been made in the economic and social development of the Northwest Liaoning Province, but there are also many problems.In recent years, the old industrial base in Northeast China is blowing the "rejuvenation" horn again, and the economic and social development in northwest Liaoning is facing new opportunities.In the new strategic opportunity period, it is necessary to re-examine the characteristics and existing problems of the development of northwest Liaoning.
