文化创意产业对我国经济影响的分析

【摘要】:20世纪后半叶随着西方发达国家的经济从工业化末期向后工业阶段转化,土地、能源和环境等问题逐渐成为影响经济发展的主要因素,它们与经济增长之间的矛盾越来越明显,此时以文化和人的创造力为主的文化创意产业逐渐成为一个国家和地区经济繁荣发展的主要动力。目前,世界范围内已经形成了由各国际大都市构成的世界创意城市网络,例如以戏剧产业闻名的伦敦、以动漫产业闻名的东京和以影视业闻名的纽约,文化创意产业是21世纪最有前途的产业之一。 文章通过对现有文化创意产业相关研究的梳理发现大部分文献的内容主要集中于三个方面:对文化创意产业定义和内容的研究、对文化创意产业发展形式的研究和对文化创意产业经济作用的研究。虽然现有研究中有很多与文化创意产业的经济影响相关,但是这些文章大都关注某个省份或者某个地区的文化创意产业的经济影响,而且研究的角度多是从文化创意产业本身和它所包含子行业的产值和就业两个方面出发。虽然这些对认识和分析我国局部地区文化创意产业的发展及其经济作用很有帮助,但却无法对全国文化创意产业的发展情况以及它对经济的影响给出描述和分析。因此,本文以我国文化创意产业为研究对象,主要从以下两个角度分析其经济影响:第一、从我国文化创意产业及其包含的子行业本身出发分析文化创意产业的经济影响;第二、从经济总体角度分析我国文化创意产业与经济中其他产业部门的联系,从而分析文化创意产业发展对其他行业的带动作用。 文章的主要结构安排如下:第一章是绪论,主要对文章的选题背景和研究方法等问题进行说明;第二章是文献综述,这部分主要对国内外文化创意产业的相关研究进行梳理并做简单评论;第三章从文化创意产业本身出发,通过描述文化创意产业的发展及使用其子行业的产出和就业等指标分析其经济影响;第四章从经济总体角度出发,利用投入产出分析方法分析文化创意产业发展的经济影响,主要分为总量分析和结构分析两部分。其中总量分析部分采用总投入、中间投入、直接消耗系数等指标分析文化创意产业的规模及其与其他行业的相互作用关系,使用影响力系数和感应度系数指标分析文化创意产业对经济的带动作用和支撑作用。在结构分析中,文章将国民经济所有行业分成第一产业、第二产业、第三产业和文化创意产业四个产业部门,并计算了这四个部门的完全需求系数表,通过完全需求系数等指标量化文化创意产业对我国经济结构升级影响的大小;第五章对文章主要结论进行总结,并对我国文化创意产业的发展提出政策建议。 通过分析我国文化创意产业的经济影响,本文得到以下三个结论:第一、我国文化创意产业整体还处于发展的初级阶段,它对经济的影响力和感应度均低于经济平均水平。文化创意产业内部各行业对经济的推动作用相差较大;第二,文化创意产业有利于我国产业结构向知识集约化的方向发展,文化创意产业的发展对第二产业依赖性最强,其次是第三产业,最后是第一产业。而第一产业、第二产业、第三产业对文化创意产业的依赖度都比较低,说明文化创意产业在我国经济发展中的作用还比较小;第三、消费、投资、出口中消费对文化创意产业生产的带动作用最强,因此提高我国居民和政府的消费水平是促进我国文化创意产业发展的主要途径。 本文创新有两点:第一,文章不但从文化创意产业的产值、就业等方面研究其对经济的影响,还从经济整体的角度出发,利用投入产出表来分析它与经济中其他产业部门的作用关系,所以文章选择的研究角度与以往研究有所不同;第二,文章分析了不同种类的最终需求对文化创意产业产出的影响,并指出提高我国整体消费水平是促进文化创意产业发展的重要途径。 本文的不足之处有两点:第一,由于所得数据的限制,本文第四章中使用的数据是2002年和2007年的投入产出数据,因此无法从投入产出角度对目前文化创意产业的经济影响进行分析,只能在第三章中使用文化创意产业所含子行业的产值和就业等数据简单分析我国文化创意产业的经济影响;第二,由于投入产出分析方法主要是通过部门之间产品的直接消耗和使用来分析部门间经济技术联系,而部分文化产品不是作为中间产品被消耗,因此使用直接消耗系数等指标可能会低估文化创意产业的经济影响。
[Abstract]:The second half of twentieth Century as the economy of the western developed countries backward from the end of the industrial transformation stage of industrialization, land, energy and environment problems are becoming a major factor of economic development, the contradiction between them and the economic growth is more and more obvious, the culture and the creativity of human oriented cultural creative industry has gradually become the main driving force of economic prosperity and development countries and regions in the world. At present, the world has formed a creative city network constituted by the international metropolis, for example, is famous for its drama industry in London, known as the animation industry in Tokyo and the famous New York film and television industry, cultural creative industry is one of the most promising industries in twenty-first Century.
Based on the existing research of cultural and creative industries sort found in most literature mainly focused on three aspects: the research on the cultural and creative industry definition and content of the research on the development of cultural creative industries and the form of cultural and creative industries economic effects research. Although the existing research has many economic impact and cultural and creative industries but, these articles mainly focus on the economic impact of a province or a region of the cultural and creative industries, and the research angle is from the cultural and creative industry itself and it contains two aspects of industry output and employment starting. Although these understanding and analysis of the development and its economic effect of cultural and creative industries in local areas China is very helpful, but not on the national cultural creative industry development and its impact on the economy are described and analyzed. Therefore, based on China's cultural and creative industries as the research object, the analysis of the major economic impact from the following two aspects: first, from the cultural and creative industries in China and the industry itself of economic impact analysis of the cultural and creative industries; second, analysis of other sectors of industry and economic cultural creativity in China from the perspective of the overall economy, so as to analyze the role in promoting the development of cultural and creative industries to other industries.
The main structure of the paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the description of the background and research methods; the second chapter is the literature review of related research, this part mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign cultural and creative industries to sort out and do a simple review; the third chapter from the cultural and creative industry itself, the output and employment other indicators describe the development of cultural creative industry and its sub industry analysis of the economic effects; the fourth chapter from the perspective of the overall economy, the economic impact of input-output analysis method to analyze the development of cultural and creative industries, mainly divided into aggregate analysis and structural analysis of two parts. One part of the total investment amount of intermediate inputs, directly. Consumption interaction analysis of the cultural and creative industries and other industries and the relationship between the scale coefficient index, using the influence coefficient and sensitivity The index analysis of promotion of cultural and creative industries in the economy and support role. Through the analysis of the economic impact of China's cultural and creative industries, this paper obtained the following three conclusions: first, China's cultural and creative industries as a whole is still in the initial stage of development, its influence and sensitivity to the economy are lower than the average level of economic. The internal lines of cultural and creative industries industry boost to the economy is large; second, culture the creative industry is conducive to the development of our industrial structure to the knowledge intensive direction, the development of cultural and creative industries most dependent on the second industry, followed by the third industry, the last is the first industry and the first industry, the second industry, the third industry dependence on the cultural and creative industries are relatively low, indicating that the effect of cultural creative industry in in the development of China's economy is still relatively small; third, consumption, investment, consumption had the strongest effect on the cultural and creative industry production and exports, thus improving our country residents and The level of government consumption is the main way to promote the development of cultural and creative industries in China.
This paper has two innovations: first, this paper not only from the cultural and creative industries, employment and other aspects of its impact on the economy, but also from the overall economic point of view, using the input-output table to analyze the relationship between it and other industrial sectors of the economy, so the choice of the angle of research is different from previous studies; second, this paper analyzes the influence of the final demand of different kinds of cultural and creative industry output, and points out the way to improve the overall level of consumption in China is an important way to promote the development of cultural and creative industries.
There are two shortcomings in this paper: first, due to the limitations of the data, the use of the fourth chapter of this paper is the data input and output data in 2002 and 2007, therefore not from the input-output perspective on the current economic impact of cultural and creative industries are analyzed, using only the cultural and creative industries with sub sectors in the third chapter the value and the employment data simple economic analysis on the influence of the cultural and creative industries in China; second, the input-output analysis method is mainly through direct consumption and use of products between departments to analyze the economic and technical departments contact, and cultural products are not as intermediate products are consumed, so the use of direct consumption coefficient and other indicators may underestimate the economic impact the cultural and creative industries.
