面向内需与新丝绸之路——环渤海经济发展新战略

【摘要】：目前的环渤海经济发展战略仍沿袭着过去20多年通过承接发达国家产业转移并从低端加入全球价值链的出口导向型经济发展战略。这种战略存在着严重的内在缺陷,与发达国家成功崛起的历史经验背道而驰。国际金融危机爆发后,内需主导和南南贸易的快速发展正在推动着世界经济新格局的逐步形成,环渤海经济应该把更多的注意力转向内需和"新丝绸之路经济带",在建立以中国企业为龙头的全球价值链的新战略和新模式上先行先试,率先取得突破,成为我国经济增长、转型升级和世界经济发展强有力的新引擎。
[Abstract]:The current economic development strategy around the Bohai Sea is still following the export-oriented economic development strategy in the past 20 years by undertaking industrial transfer from developed countries and joining the global value chain from the low end. This strategy has serious inherent defects and runs counter to the historical experience of the successful rise of developed countries. After the outbreak of the international financial crisis, the rapid development of domestic demand and South-South trade is promoting the formation of a new pattern of the world economy. The Bohai Rim economy should turn more attention to domestic demand and the "New Silk Road Economic Belt," and first try out the new strategy and new model of establishing a global value chain led by Chinese enterprises, and take the lead in making a breakthrough to become China's economic growth. Transformation and upgrading and the development of the world economy a powerful new engine.
