江西龙津湖总部经济服务业基地发展研究

【摘要】：由于经济全球化趋势逐渐加强以及信息网络技术的快速发展，城市的竞争趋势也越来越强。世界经济的发展可谓是非常迅速的，在发展过程中选择何种发展模式也是由于人们不断地追求利益而驱使的。当前，总部经济一词成为了高频词汇，因为它所带来的经济效应是令世界为之赞叹的。总部经济即是由于企业或中心城市为了追求管理与生产上的完美结合而产生的新经济发展模式。从国际来看，对于总部经济的研究也是比较久远的，在世界多个中心城市也都产生了不同程度的总部聚集。在国内，北京、上海、广州、深圳等地都在大力发展总部经济，建立了各具特色的总部经济建设基地。总而言之，总部经济已成为人们热议的经济话题。江西省丰城市通过近年来的快速发展，经济发展具有较好的基础，具备了发展总部经济的良好条件和优势，2009年江西龙津湖总部经济服务业基地应运而生。基地的发展有利于丰城经济的转型、产业结构的升级、城市形象的提升。纵观国内总部经济研究的态势，，发达城市总部经济研究不少，但对于欠发达城市发展总部经济研究而言却是很难找寻。因此，对江西龙津湖总部经济服务业基地进行研究是具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。本文在总部经济相关理论基础之上，对江西龙津湖总部经济服务业基地发展现状及问题进行了分析，同时借鉴国内外总部经济发展经验，为基地的发展提出了许多有利的对策建议。论文包括以下五部分：第一部分，绪论。具体包括选题背景与研究意义；国内外研究现状；研究内容与研究方法以及创新点与不足之处。第二部分，发展总部经济相关理论分析。首先界定了总部经济的内涵；其次阐述了总部经济理论渊源：总部经济是对企业价值理论的突破、是对企业结构理论的发展、是对比较优势理论的延伸、是对区域经济理论的深化、是对产业集群理论的归纳五大方面；最后分析了发展总部经济的意义：有利于促进分工合作、有利于全面调整产业布局、有利于加快城市化发展、有利于落实科学发展观。第三部分，江西龙津湖总部经济服务业基地发展现状分析。首先简要介绍了基地的相关具体情况，其次对于基地的发展优势进行了较深入地分析，最后对基地发展中存在的相关问题加以总结归纳，大致包括发展规划不够科学、优惠政策不够合理、基础设施不够完善以及人才培养不够有效等内容。第四部分，国内外总部经济发展情况及借鉴。首先是对国外总部经济发展情况及借鉴的阐述，其次是对国内发达城市诸如北京上海、广州深圳发展总部经济现实情况的分析及借鉴。第五部分，发展江西龙津湖总部经济服务业基地的对策建议。其中包括制定合理规划、调整优惠政策、加快基地基础设施建设、加大人才引进培养等内容。第六部分，结论与展望。
[Abstract]:As the trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of information network technology, the trend of urban competition is becoming stronger and stronger. The development of the world economy is very rapid, and the choice of development mode in the process of development is also driven by the constant pursuit of interests. At present, the word headquarters economy has become a high-frequency word because of its economic effects that the world admires. Headquarter economy is a new economic development model which is produced by enterprises or central cities in order to pursue the perfect combination of management and production. From the international point of view, the headquarters economy research is also relatively long, in many central cities in the world has also produced different degrees of headquarters aggregation. In China, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places are vigorously developing headquarters economy, and have established their own headquarters economic construction bases. In short, the headquarters economy has become a hot economic topic. Through the rapid development of Fengcheng city in Jiangxi Province in recent years, the economic development has a good foundation and has the favorable conditions and advantages of developing the headquarters economy. In 2009, the economic service base of Jiangxi Longjin Lake headquarters came into being. The development of the base is conducive to the transformation of Fengcheng economy, the upgrading of industrial structure and the promotion of city image. Looking at the situation of domestic headquarter economic research, there are many researches on headquarter economy in developed cities, but it is very difficult to find out for the underdeveloped cities to develop headquarter economy research. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the economic service base of Jiangxi Longjin Lake headquarters. Based on the related theories of headquarters economy, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the economic service base of Longjinhu headquarters in Jiangxi province, and draws lessons from the experience of the economic development of headquarters at home and abroad. For the development of the base put forward a lot of favorable countermeasures and suggestions. The thesis includes the following five parts: The first part, introduction. It includes the background and significance of the selected topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research contents and research methods, the innovation points and shortcomings. The second part, the development headquarters economy related theory analysis. First of all, it defines the connotation of headquarters economy, then expounds the origin of headquarters economy theory: headquarters economy is a breakthrough to enterprise value theory, a development of enterprise structure theory, and an extension of comparative advantage theory. It is the deepening of regional economic theory and the induction of industrial cluster theory in five aspects. Finally, the significance of developing headquarter economy is analyzed: it is beneficial to promote the division of work and cooperation, to adjust the industrial layout in an all-round way, and to accelerate the development of urbanization. It is propitious to implement the scientific development view. The third part, Jiangxi Longjin Lake headquarters economic service industry base development present situation analysis. First of all, it briefly introduces the specific situation of the base, then analyzes the advantages of the development of the base in depth, and finally summarizes the related problems in the development of the base, including the lack of scientific development planning. Preferential policies are not reasonable, infrastructure is not perfect and talent training is not effective enough. The fourth part, domestic and foreign headquarters economic development and reference. The first part is to expound the economic development of the foreign headquarter, and the second is to analyze and draw lessons from the economic reality of the domestic developed cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The fifth part, develop Jiangxi Longjin Lake headquarters economic service industry base countermeasure suggestion. It includes making rational planning, adjusting preferential policies, speeding up the construction of base infrastructure, increasing the introduction and training of talents, and so on. The sixth part, conclusion and prospect.
