辽宁加快产业结构调整促进经济增长的实证分析

【摘要】：改革开放以来我国经济快速发展，经济总量上取得的成就举世瞩目。面对新的国内外形势，党的十八大特别指出要加快转变经济发展方式，推进产业结构的优化升级。把推动发展的立足点转到提高质量和效益上来，着力激发各类市场主体发展新活力，着力增强创新驱动发展新动力，着力构建现代产业发展新体系，，不断增强长期发展的后劲。因此产业结构的的优化升级对我国今后更好更快的发展有着举足轻重的作用。而辽宁作为东北老工业基地的典型代表，对其产业结构调整与经济增长关系的研究对深入贯彻党的十八大精神具有重要的现实意义。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，对辽宁产业结构的现状以及产业结构与经济增长的关系运用计量经济学的方法进行定性、定量的实证分析。并针对辽宁省产业结构存在的问题提出具有针对性的优化产业结构的对策措施，以期促进辽宁经济更好更快的发展。本文共分为五部分：第一部分主要介绍本文的选题背景及研究的意义，研究的思路和方法，研究内容及其框架。第二部分主要对辽宁省产业结构变动以及经济发展现状进行定量分析，对辽宁省产业结构方面存在的问题进行分析。第三部分主要是运用计量经济学的实证分析方法依据所选用指标的时间序列数据对辽宁产业结构与经济增长的关系进行格兰杰因果关系分析。第四部分利用投入产出分析法对辽宁三大产业对进行实证分析，选取了2002、2007、2010三年的投入产出表通过选取的指标数据进行进一步实证分析。第五部分对以上分析的结论进行一个总结并据此对辽宁省产业结构调整提出具有针对性的对策措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, total economic achievements have attracted worldwide attention. In the face of the new situation at home and abroad, the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. We should shift the foothold of promoting development to improving quality and efficiency, strive to stimulate the new vitality of the development of all kinds of market subjects, exert great efforts to strengthen the new impetus of innovation and drive development, build a new system for the development of modern industries, and constantly strengthen the stamina of long-term development. Therefore, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure plays an important role in the better and faster development of our country in the future. As a typical representative of the northeast old industrial base, the study on the relationship between the adjustment of industrial structure and economic growth in Liaoning province is of great practical significance to the thorough implementation of the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Based on the previous research results, this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative empirical analysis of the present situation of Liaoning's industrial structure and the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth by econometric method. Aiming at the problems existing in Liaoning's industrial structure, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the industrial structure in order to promote Liaoning's economy to develop better and faster. This paper is divided into five parts: The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, research ideas and methods, research content and framework. In the second part, the changes of industrial structure and the present situation of economic development in Liaoning Province are analyzed quantitatively, and the problems in the industrial structure of Liaoning Province are analyzed. The third part mainly uses the econometrics empirical analysis method to analyze the Granger causality between Liaoning's industrial structure and economic growth according to the selected index's time series data. The fourth part uses the input-output analysis method to carry on the empirical analysis to the three major industries in Liaoning Province, and selects the input-output table of 2002 / 2007 / 2010 to carry on the further empirical analysis through the selected index data. In the fifth part, the conclusion of the above analysis is summarized and corresponding countermeasures are put forward to adjust the industrial structure of Liaoning Province.
