长三角地区产业结构效应的动态偏离份额分析

【摘要】：现代经济增长的过程,是经济增长与产业结构相互依存、相互作用并不断发展的过程。经济的增长促进了产业结构升级,合理的产业结构也会有利于经济的可持续发展。大量的调查研究表明,经济发展的一个重要表现是产业结构的优化和升级。合理的调整产业结构,会促进和实现资源更有效的配置,进一步促进一个国家或地区的经济增长。对于发展中国家来说,产业结构的合理调整对于一个国家和地区快速实现工业化具有非常重要的作用,日本、新加坡、韩国等国家的实践给予了很好地证明。因此,关于产业发展和产业结构调整的实践和研究,自我国改革开放以来从未停滞。但是,目前关于如何评价一个地区产业结构的效率问题,仍然没有得到很好的解决。特别是随着经济全球化,跨国、跨区域的产业影响日益成为区域发展的关键影响因素。文章的贡献在于,结合我国区域经济发展的实际,对区域和区域间产业结构发展的影响进行了统计测度。文章基于动态偏离-份额分析空间拓展模型,结合我国区域经济发展的实际情况对其作了进一步拓展,改进了区域产业关联的测度方法,提出了产业结构效率与集聚效率的概念,并提出了具体的测度方法。文章选取我国典型区域——长三角地区作为研究案例,以2006-2011年为研究期,以广义范围内长三角地区的工业总产值为样本数据,从区域产业结构效率、区域结构效应、区域集聚效率等视角,系统地测度了长三角地区的产业发展情况。结合经济理论对统计测度结果进行了经济学分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The process of modern economic growth is a process in which economic growth and industrial structure depend on each other and interact with each other. Economic growth promotes the upgrading of industrial structure, and a reasonable industrial structure will be conducive to the sustainable development of the economy. A large number of investigations show that an important performance of economic development is the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Reasonable adjustment of industrial structure will promote and realize more effective allocation of resources and further promote the economic growth of a country or region. For developing countries, the rational adjustment of industrial structure plays a very important role in the rapid realization of industrialization in a country or region. The practice of Japan, Singapore, South Korea and other countries has proved it well. Therefore, the practice and research on industrial development and industrial structure adjustment have never stopped since China's reform and opening up. However, how to evaluate the efficiency of a region's industrial structure is still not well solved. Especially with the globalization of economy, cross-regional industrial influence is becoming the key factor of regional development. The contribution of this paper lies in the statistical measurement of the influence of regional and interregional industrial structure development based on the reality of regional economic development in China. Based on the spatial expansion model of dynamic deviation-share analysis and the actual situation of regional economic development in China, this paper further expands it and improves the measurement method of regional industrial association. The concept of industrial structure efficiency and agglomeration efficiency is put forward, and the concrete measure method is put forward. This paper selects the typical region of China-Yangtze River Delta as a case study, taking 2006-2011 as the research period, taking the total industrial output value of the Yangtze River Delta region as the sample data, from the regional industrial structure efficiency, the regional structure effect. From the perspective of regional agglomeration efficiency, this paper systematically measures the industrial development of Yangtze River Delta. Based on the economic theory, the economic analysis of the statistical measurement results is carried out, and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
