上市公司与新疆经济发展互动关系的实证研究

【摘要】：上市公司作为经济发展的微观主体，是现代区域经济发展中的增长源和推动力，其发展壮大有利于带动区域经济发展。新疆上市公司近年来有了较大的发展，在新疆经济发展中上市公司对于开拓新的融资渠道、优化区域融资结构、特色产业的培育、高端人才引进、经济体制改革、产业结构升级和经济发展方式转变、区域经济的发展等都有着重要的作用。同时新疆经济的发展对于本地区上市公司和非上市公司发展也具有重要推动作用。当前国家通过全方位的政策促进新疆经济发展，在此背景下本地区上市公司迎来良好的发展机遇。本文首先对国内外关于股票市场、上市公司与区域经济发展关系方面的文献进行了综述；其次分析了新疆上市公司的基本状况，主要包括上市公司的发展规模、分布状况和存在的问题；再次以上市公司与新疆经济发展互动关系为研究对象，研究上市公司对新疆经济发展的积极作用，并通过建立模型估算上市公司的增加值对新疆GDP的直接贡献、间接贡献、动态贡献、静态贡献。研究了新疆地方经济发展对于本地上市公司发展的影响，并通过主成分回归分析法分析新疆经济发展对上市公司发展的影响程度；最后，应该通过做大做强现有上市公司，，以上市公司为龙头促进新疆地方经济发展，并且通过加强企业上市推进工作，积极培育非上市公司以促进更多新疆企业实现上市，从而有利于新疆实现跨越式发展。
[Abstract]:As the microcosmic body of economic development, listed companies are the source and driving force in the development of modern regional economy. The development and expansion of the listed companies are conducive to the development of regional economy. The listed companies in Xinjiang have developed greatly in recent years. In the economic development of Xinjiang, the listed companies are developing new financing channels, optimizing the regional financing structure and characteristics. The development of industry, the introduction of high-end talents, the reform of the economic system, the upgrading of the industrial structure and the transformation of the economic development mode, the development of the regional economy have played an important role. At the same time, the development of Xinjiang's economy also plays an important role in the development of the listed companies and the non-listed company in the region. Xinjiang's economic development, under this background, the listed companies in this region have a good opportunity for development. This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on the stock market, the relationship between listed companies and regional economic development. Secondly, it analyzes the basic situation of the listed companies in Xinjiang, mainly including the scale of development and distribution of listed companies. And the existing problems; the interactive relationship between the above city and Xinjiang economic development as the research object, to study the positive role of the listed companies on the economic development of Xinjiang, and to estimate the direct contribution of the added value of the listed companies to the GDP of Xinjiang, the indirect contribution, the dynamic contribution and the static contribution through the establishment of the model. The development of Xinjiang's local economic development is studied. The influence of the local listed companies' development and the influence degree of Xinjiang's economic development on the development of the listed companies is analyzed by the principal component regression analysis. Finally, we should strengthen the existing listed companies by making a bigger and stronger existing listed company, and promote the development of Xinjiang's local economy by the listed company as the leading company. Listed companies to promote more Xinjiang enterprises to achieve listing, which is conducive to Xinjiang to achieve leapfrog development.
