我国城镇居民福利水平评价及影响因素研究

【摘要】：实现人的自由全面发展是一个社会发展的最终目的,因此,改善和提高居民的福利水平一直是国家、社会和个人期望的目标。随着我国经济的发展,城镇居民的福利水平已越来越得到重视,如何构建一个衡量城镇居民福利水平的评价指标体系,分析我国城镇居民福利水平的影响因素,并探索提高我国城镇居民福利水平的路径就显得格外重要。本文首先对福利水平相关理论进行梳理,并综述国内外居民福利的研究动态,以我国城镇居民福利水平的定义和特点为基础,探索性的建立了以收入与消费、社会保障和生活环境为基础的城镇居民福利水平评价指标体系。采用信度和结构效度分析法对该评价指标体系进行优化,然后通过建立结构方程模型,计算出指标权重,并构建了我国城镇居民福利水平指数(PWI)的测算模型。最后测算出2010年各城市的城镇居民福利水平指数的得分及排名情况,并进行影响因素分析。结果表明：最直接反映一个地区城镇居民福利水平的影响因素是收入与消费,收入决定着居民获得的基本物质需要的满足程度,社会保障和生活环境的状况决定着居民的生活品质。文章最后结合影响因素分析的结果,对进一步提高我国城镇居民福利水平提出可行性建议并提出本文研究中的不足和展望,同时发现只有在经济可持续发展的前提下,不断增加居民基本生活需要的各类设施和服务功能,才能真正实现我国城镇居民福利水平的提升。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of social development is to realize the free and all-round development of human beings. Therefore, improving and improving the welfare level of the residents is always the goal of the country, society and individuals. With the development of our country's economy, more and more attention has been paid to the welfare level of urban residents. How to construct an evaluation index system to measure the welfare level of urban residents, and analyze the influencing factors of the welfare level of urban residents in China. And explore the way to improve the welfare level of urban residents in China is particularly important. This paper firstly combs the related theories of welfare level, and summarizes the research trends of the domestic and foreign residents' welfare. Based on the definition and characteristics of the welfare level of urban residents in China, the author establishes the theory of income and consumption. Social security and living environment as the basis of urban residents welfare evaluation index system. The reliability and structural validity analysis were used to optimize the evaluation index system. Then the index weight was calculated by establishing the structural equation model and the calculating model of welfare level index (PWI) of urban residents in China was constructed. Finally, the score and rank of welfare level index of urban residents in 2010 were calculated, and the influencing factors were analyzed. The results show that income and consumption are the most direct factors to reflect the welfare level of urban residents in a region, and income determines the satisfaction of the basic material needs obtained by residents. The quality of life of the residents is determined by the social security and living environment. Finally, combined with the results of the analysis of influencing factors, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for further improving the welfare level of urban residents in China, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this study. At the same time, it is found that only under the premise of sustainable economic development, Only by increasing all kinds of facilities and service functions of residents' basic living needs can the welfare level of urban residents be raised.
