区域产业结构调整升级对劳动力就业影响比较研究

【摘要】：产业结构调整升级和劳动力就业问题一直是中央及各省关注的重点。利用1992~2012年浙江省相关统计数据,通过产业结构偏离度和产业结构调整转换速度两个指数,分析对比浙江省产业结构与劳动力就业的协调关系,发现其协调关系明显优于广东省和江苏省。分析对比浙江省产业结构调整升级对劳动力就业的影响,发现两者呈负相关关系,且浙江省产业结构调整升级对劳动力就业增长的影响明显小于广东省和江苏省。一方面,说明浙江省在产业结构与就业上更具协调性;另一方面,说明浙江省产业转型升级进程缓慢。
[Abstract]:The adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure and the employment of labor force have always been the focus of attention of the central government and provinces. Based on the statistical data of Zhejiang Province from 1992 to 2012, this paper analyzes and compares the harmonious relationship between industrial structure and labor force employment in Zhejiang Province through two indices, the degree of deviation of industrial structure and the speed of industrial structure adjustment and transformation. It is found that the coordination relationship is obviously superior to that of Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province. By analyzing and comparing the effects of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading on the employment of labor force in Zhejiang Province, it is found that there is a negative correlation between them, and the impact of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading on the employment growth of labor force in Zhejiang Province is obviously smaller than that in Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province. On the one hand, it shows that Zhejiang Province is more harmonious in industrial structure and employment; on the other hand, it shows that the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang Province is slow.
