同城化背景下的厦漳泉区域相对资源承载力研究

【摘要】:相对资源承载能力是可持续发展的重要体现,可体现某一区域在一定时期内相对于某参照区其承载资源所能够供养的人口数。厦漳泉区域近年来加快了城市一体化的趋势,进入了大都市区同城化建设阶段。从可持续发展的视角来看,研究该区域的相对资源承载力,,对于促进厦漳泉大都市区的构建,增强其可持续发展能力,具有重要的现实意义。因此,本文在可持续发展理论、灰色系统理论等理论知识的指导下,选取厦漳泉区域作为研究区,应用相对资源承载力研究方法对其资源承载力进行研究,从而得出其可持续发展过程中面临的问题,并提出相关建议。 本文应用相对资源承载力研究方法进行研究,首先通过文献综述总结出该研究方法存在的不足之处。在吸收同类研究成果的基础上确定研究指标,在灰色系统理论的指导下,选取基于灰色关联度求解指标权重的改进方法计算指标权重,从而构建整个计算模型。其次,选取福建省作为参照区,以2004-2011年为参照年份,对厦漳泉区域的相对资源承载力进行动态分析,得出其相对资源综合承载力并不高,并且与实际资源承载人口相比,其承载状态从富余到超载,资源与人口之间关系不协调。第三,以福建省为参照区,对厦漳泉区域内部之间的相对资源承载力的差异进行分析,并总结其差异所在,主要的差异是厦门市和泉州市在经济资源和社会资源方面比较有优势,漳州市自然资源相对有优势。第四,应用灰色GM(1,1)模型对未来几年的厦漳泉区域的资源承载状况进行动态预测,得出厦漳泉区域的相对资源综合承载力与实际人口相比,承载状态将持续超载,说明厦漳泉区域的人口与资源关系矛盾将凸显。第五,根据厦漳泉区域相对资源承载力的横向和纵向对比,从相对资源承载力的角度看厦漳泉区域发展面临的问题,主要有人口增长带来的压力、自然资源的不合理利用以及区域之间的经济社会差异等。最后,提出要利用同城化的契机,针对所存在的问题提出相应的对策建议,以期提高厦漳泉区域的相对资源承载力。
[Abstract]:The relative carrying capacity of resources is an important embodiment of sustainable development, which can reflect the number of population that a certain region can support in a certain period of time relative to a certain reference area. In recent years, Xia-Zhangquan area has quickened the trend of urban integration and entered the construction stage of the same city in metropolitan area. From the perspective of sustainable development, it is of great practical significance to study the relative carrying capacity of resources in this area for promoting the construction of Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan area and enhancing its sustainable development ability. Therefore, under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development and grey system theory, this paper selects the Xia-Zhangquan area as the research area, and applies the research method of relative resource carrying capacity to study its resource carrying capacity. The problems in the process of sustainable development are obtained, and the relevant suggestions are put forward. In this paper, the relative carrying capacity of resources is studied. Firstly, the shortcomings of this method are summarized through literature review. Under the guidance of grey system theory, an improved method of calculating index weight based on grey correlation degree is selected to calculate the index weight on the basis of absorbing the same research results, and the whole calculation model is constructed. Secondly, taking Fujian Province as the reference area and taking 2004-2011 as the reference year, the paper makes a dynamic analysis of the relative resource carrying capacity of Xia-Zhangquan area, and concludes that the relative comprehensive carrying capacity of resources is not high, and compared with the actual resources carrying population, Its bearing state is from surplus to overload, and the relationship between resources and population is not in harmony. Thirdly, taking Fujian Province as a reference area, the paper analyzes the difference of relative resource carrying capacity between Xiazhang and Zhangquan regions, and summarizes the difference between them. The main difference is that Xiamen and Quanzhou have more advantages in economic and social resources, and Zhangzhou has relative advantages in natural resources. Fourthly, the grey GMM1Q1) model is used to dynamically predict the resource carrying capacity of Xia-Zhangquan area in the next few years. It is concluded that the relative comprehensive carrying capacity of resources in Xia-Zhangquan area will continue to be overloaded compared with the actual population. It shows that the contradiction between population and resources in Xia-Zhangquan area will be highlighted. Fifthly, according to the horizontal and vertical comparison of the relative resource carrying capacity in the Xia-Zhangquan area, from the perspective of the relative resource carrying capacity, the problems facing the development of the Xia-Zhangquan region are mainly caused by the pressure of population growth. Unreasonable use of natural resources and regional economic and social differences. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the existing problems, in order to improve the relative carrying capacity of resources in Xia-Zhangquan area.
