中国经济增速探析:背景与前景

【摘要】：在世界经济发展动荡的现时代,我国经济增长面临的现实条件已经发生了根本的改变,资源约束增强,需求支撑条件减弱,潜在经济增长率处于下降趋势,国内消费需求短期难以大幅提升,投资需求刺激空间缩小。我国已经进入了经济发展的新阶段。这个阶段更加强调质量和效益,注重经济发展的质量,关注经济结构优化。为此,未来我国经济在保持一定增长速度的同时,经济发展速度会有放缓趋势。增速中长期放缓不仅有利于结构调整和全面深化改革,而且能为整体经济优化提供空间和时间,使结构调整会有较大的余地,能为经济发展进一步平衡和深化改革提供稳定的外部环境,经济增长动力能够进一步增强,这对于保持我国经济社会长期持续健康发展有促进作用。
[Abstract]:In the present era of turbulent world economic development, the realistic conditions facing China's economic growth have undergone fundamental changes, resource constraints have been strengthened, demand support conditions have weakened, and the potential economic growth rate is in a downward trend. Domestic consumer demand is difficult to improve significantly in the short term, investment demand stimulus space shrinks. China has entered a new stage of economic development. This stage emphasizes more quality and benefit, pays attention to the quality of economic development, pays close attention to the optimization of economic structure. Therefore, in the future, China's economy will slow down while maintaining a certain growth rate. The medium- and long-term slowdown in the growth rate will not only be conducive to structural adjustment and comprehensive deepening of reform, but will also provide space and time for optimizing the overall economy, so that there will be more room for structural adjustment. It can provide a stable external environment for the further balance and deepening of economic development, and the motive force of economic growth can be further strengthened, which will promote the sustained and healthy development of our country's economy and society for a long time.
