低碳经济视域下中国产业结构调整与发展模式转变研究

【摘要】：转变经济发展模式、加快产业结构调整、大力发展低碳经济是中国实现经济发展和环境保护双赢的必然选择。由于产业结构变动和低碳产业的发展在很大程度上影响二氧化碳排放量,从而对低碳目标的实现和低碳经济发展产生较大影响。本文基于中国1989-2008年的相关时间序列数据,建立了我国产业结构调整对二氧化碳排放量影响的线性回归模型对中国产业结构调整和低碳经济目标的关系进行实证分析,结果表明:产业结构类型直接影响二氧化碳排放量,即第二产业与碳排放量呈现正相关,而第三产业发展能够降低碳排放量。发展低碳经济,要转变经济发展模式,加快产业结构调整,大力发展第三产业。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable choice for China to realize the win-win situation of economic development and environmental protection by changing the mode of economic development, speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure and vigorously developing low-carbon economy. The change of industrial structure and the development of low-carbon industry have a great impact on the realization of low-carbon target and the development of low-carbon economy. Based on the relevant time series data of China from 1989 to 2008, this paper establishes a linear regression model of the effect of industrial structure adjustment on carbon dioxide emissions in China, and makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between industrial structure adjustment and low-carbon economic objectives in China. The results show that the type of industrial structure directly affects the carbon dioxide emissions, that is, the secondary industry is positively correlated with the carbon emissions, while the development of the tertiary industry can reduce the carbon emissions. To develop low-carbon economy, we should change the mode of economic development, speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, and vigorously develop the tertiary industry.
