广东省产业结构与能源效率的关系研究

【摘要】：能源的利用效率是一国经济发展的重要问题，并逐渐成为影响各国经济社会发展质量的重要因素。在我国，随着经济发展规模的快速扩大,能源利用的问题对经济发展的制约作用越发明显,如何保证经济建设和能源消费的协调，保持国家整体经济的可持续发展，已经成为摆在我们面前一个十分重要的问题。在经过改革开放三十多年的快速发展后，我国已经一跃成为世界第二大能源消费国，以往通过能源的高投入高消耗来推动经济的向前发展的粗放型经济模式随着我国经济总量的扩大已经出现难以维继的局面，加快转变经济发展方式，提高能源的利用效率是解决当前我国经济发展中不断严重的能源短缺与环境污染问题的唯一出路。对于如何提高能源的利用效率，学术界不少人士进行了广泛的研究，主要内容涉及产业结构调整和技术革新进步这两方面。怎样评价这两方面的因素在提高能源效率方面的作用，学术界有着不同的看法，有的认为技术革新进步是提高能源效率的根本所在，有的从长期发展的角度研究认为产业结构的调整是解决能源问题的根本所在，当然也有不少学者将两者的作用结合起来看，，认为这两个因素应当共同予以重视。本文沿承其他学者的研究思路，主要利用2000年至2011年广东省的相关经济数据，就广东省的产业结构与能源效率的关系问题利用Laspeyres因素分解法进行了相关的实证分析。广东省作为我国改革开放的前沿地带，经济发展水平在全国位列前茅，其经济发展的过程和模式在全国范围内具有一定的示范性。本文首先阐述了产业结构与能源效率关系这一问题的研究背景，对国内外的相关研究现状进行了简单的综述。其次，就研究的理论基础进行了介绍，并进一步介绍了本文所采用的研究方法和数学模型。然后，利用广东省的相关经济数据，通过结构份额与效率份额这两个因素对能源强度变化进行描述，分析产业结构和技术进步对能源效率的影响规律，并进一步就影响技术进步的因素对能源效率的影响进行分析。最后，根据以上的分析提出自己的研究结论，并对广东省在未来经济发展过程中如何提高能源利用效率，加快转变经济发展方式，同时保证经济稳步发展提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Energy efficiency is an important issue in the economic development of a country, and has gradually become an important factor affecting the quality of economic and social development. In China, with the rapid expansion of the scale of economic development, the problem of energy utilization has become more and more important in restricting economic development. How to ensure the coordination between economic construction and energy consumption and maintain the sustainable development of the country's overall economy? Has become a very important issue before us. After more than 30 years of rapid development through reform and opening up, China has become the second largest energy consumer in the world. In the past, with the expansion of China's total economic volume, the extensive economic model, which used to push forward the economic development through the high input and high consumption of energy, has become difficult to sustain, speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development. Improving the efficiency of energy utilization is the only way to solve the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution in the current economic development of our country. As to how to improve the efficiency of energy utilization, many people in academic circles have carried out extensive research, the main contents of which are industrial structure adjustment and technological innovation and progress. The academic community has different views on how to evaluate the role of these two factors in improving energy efficiency. Some think that technological innovation is fundamental to improving energy efficiency. Some people think that the adjustment of industrial structure is the fundamental to solve the problem of energy from the perspective of long-term development. Of course, some scholars combine the two factors and think that these two factors should be paid attention to together. Based on the relevant economic data from 2000 to 2011, this paper analyzes the relationship between industrial structure and energy efficiency in Guangdong Province by using Laspeyres factorization method. Guangdong Province, as the frontier of China's reform and opening up, has the highest level of economic development in China, and its process and mode of economic development are exemplary in the whole country. In this paper, the background of the research on the relationship between industrial structure and energy efficiency is introduced, and the current situation of research at home and abroad is briefly summarized. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the research is introduced, and the research methods and mathematical models used in this paper are further introduced. Then, using the relevant economic data of Guangdong Province, this paper describes the change of energy intensity through structural share and efficiency share, and analyzes the influence of industrial structure and technological progress on energy efficiency. Furthermore, the influence of factors affecting technological progress on energy efficiency is analyzed. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author puts forward his own conclusions, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of energy utilization, accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and ensure the steady development of economy in Guangdong Province in the process of future economic development.
