黑龙江省低碳经济发展路径研究

【摘要】：低碳经济是顺应时代发展的必然选择,推动低碳经济发展,可以解决煤炭城市面临的窘境。基于此,以黑龙江省煤炭城市为例,在分析了黑龙江省煤炭工业的发展历程之后,提出了以产业升级、制度创新为主的发展低碳经济的路径。
[Abstract]:Low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the times. To promote the development of low-carbon economy can solve the dilemma faced by coal cities. Based on this, taking the coal city of Heilongjiang Province as an example, after analyzing the development course of Heilongjiang coal industry, the paper puts forward the path of developing low-carbon economy, which is based on industrial upgrading and system innovation.
