泛长江三角洲经济圈城市间经济增长溢出效应研究

【摘要】：促进经济稳定增长,缩小地区间经济差距,实现区域的协调发展是一个国家或地区长期追求的目标。随着市场经济的发展和经济一体化进程的加快,经济活动在空间的集聚和扩散已成为世界范围普遍存在的现象。一个地区的经济增长不仅仅依赖自身的条件,同时会受到周围地区的关联带动。本文通过对泛长三角地区各城市间的区域增长溢出效应进行研究,探索地区之间的经济互动关系,试图为缩小地区差异,实现均衡发展提供新思路。以发展经济学增长极理论和新经济地理学为理论基础,本文改进了Solow增长模型,运用区域整体产出变量建立区域经济增长模型,对泛长三角地区22个城市所受区域增长的溢出效应进行测度。进而,探讨了泛长三角地区城市间溢出效应的传导渠道,包括物资流、人力流、资本流、技术流和信息流,并对泛长三角地区各城市整体的流量经济进行比较分析。研究表明,泛长三角地区各城市间存在显著的经济增长溢出效应,外围城市和区域较发达的核心城市受溢出效应较小,处于核心城市周围或连线间的不发达城市受溢出效应较大,且城市间的人均产出存在条件收敛的趋势。对泛长三角地区城市间溢出效应的传导渠道研究表明,人力流、资本流和技术流能影响一个地区吸收溢出效应的能力,物资流、信息流的影响相对较弱。最后,建议发挥核心城市的增长溢出能力,加强对外围城市的政策倾向,发展各城市的优势产业。同时,从物流、人流、资本、技术和信息5个方面全面提升区域的整体流量经济水平,使区域间形成良好的互动,溢出效应能够有效传导。
[Abstract]:It is a long-term goal for a country or region to promote stable economic growth, narrow the economic gap between regions and realize the coordinated development of the region. With the development of market economy and the acceleration of economic integration, the agglomeration and diffusion of economic activities in space has become a universal phenomenon in the world. A region's economic growth is not only dependent on its own conditions, but also driven by regional linkages. By studying the spillover effect of regional growth among cities in the pan-Yangtze River Delta, this paper explores the economic interaction between the regions, and tries to provide a new way of thinking for narrowing regional differences and achieving balanced development. Based on the growth pole theory of development economics and the new economic geography, this paper improves the Solow growth model and establishes the regional economic growth model by using the regional overall output variables. This paper measures the spillover effect of regional growth in 22 cities in the pan-Yangtze River Delta region. Furthermore, the transmission channels of inter-city spillover effects in the pan-Yangtze River Delta region are discussed, including material flow, manpower flow, capital flow, technology flow and information flow, and the overall flow economy of the cities in the pan-Yangtze River Delta region is compared and analyzed. The results show that there are significant spillover effects of economic growth among the cities in the pan-Yangtze River Delta region, while the peripheral cities and the more developed core cities are less affected by the spillover effects. The undeveloped cities around or between the core cities are subject to large spillover effects, and the per capita output among cities tends to converge. The research on the transmission channel of inter-city spillover effect in the pan-Yangtze River Delta region shows that human flow, capital flow and technology flow can affect the ability of a region to absorb spillover effect, but the influence of material flow and information flow is relatively weak. Finally, it is suggested to give full play to the growth spillover capacity of the core cities, strengthen the policy tendency towards the peripheral cities, and develop the superior industries of the cities. At the same time, from five aspects of logistics, people flow, capital, technology and information, the overall flow economic level of the region can be improved, so that the good interaction between the regions can be formed, and the spillover effect can be effectively transmitted.
