【摘要】：改革开放30多年来，中国社会经济发展成绩显著。但随着人民收入水平的不断提高，收入分配领域的问题日益凸显出来，主要表现在收入分配关系尚未理顺，，社会保障体系不健全，收入分配差距进一步拉大，分配不公等问题。这些问题的出现不仅消减了人们劳动的积极性，还极大地影响了经济的健康发展和社会秩序的和谐稳定。在这一转型的关键时期，如何使我国社会利益格局进入到一个均衡和谐的状态，这就迫切需要我们针对收入分配及改革中出现的复杂性进行研究，以便于在“蛋糕”做大的同时，做好分“蛋糕”这个大事。本文在大量文献梳理考证的基础上，以分配过程中分配环节为出发点，以分配复杂性为主线研究中国特色社会主义收入分配改革。按照这一思路，本文主要由绪论和三章正文组成。绪论部分主要介绍选题背景和意义、研究现状和问题、研究思路和方法，以理清研究重点。第一章主要是文章的理论分析，首先对马克思主义收入分配理论的创立及其在实践中发展过程进行梳理。其次，对中国改革开放以来收入分配的实践探索进行理论分析。说明不同时期分配制度有所不同，同一时期不同环境下的分配制度有所不同。第二章是本文的重点，通过对收入分配三个环节的分析，考察收入分配格局中分配环节收入的变动，可以清晰得出我国收入分配差距的存在。具体分析我国收入分配过程中存在复杂性及其产生的原因，说明缘何收入分配改革的成效不好。进而说明收入差距对我国经济社会发展的影响。第三章要求我们正确认识收入分配改革的复杂性，不同利益群体间收入分配日益悬殊，利益关系复杂，说明缘何收入分配改革方案出台难，执行更是难上加难。运用唯物辩证主义方法论证在收入分配环节中效率和公平的对立统一关系，说明我们不能片面地强调公平或是效率，应兼顾公平与效率，实现两者动态中的统一平衡。进而提出收入分配改革的基本思路和目标，以及对构建中国特色社会主义收入分配新格局的趋势探索。
[Abstract]:Over 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in social and economic development. However, with the continuous improvement of people's income level, the problems in the field of income distribution have become increasingly prominent, mainly reflected in the income distribution relationship has not been straightened out, the social security system is not perfect, the income distribution gap has further widened, the distribution is unfair and so on. The emergence of these problems not only reduces the enthusiasm of people's labor, but also greatly affects the healthy development of economy and the harmony and stability of social order. In this crucial period of transformation, how to make the pattern of social interests of our country into a balanced and harmonious state, it is urgent for us to study the complexity of income distribution and reform. In order to facilitate the "cake" at the same time, the success of the "cake" this event. On the basis of a great deal of literature and textual research, this paper studies the reform of socialist income distribution with Chinese characteristics by taking the distribution link as the starting point and the complexity of distribution as the main line. According to this train of thought, this paper mainly consists of introduction and three chapters. The introduction part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the research status and problems, the research ideas and methods, in order to clarify the research focus. The first chapter is the theoretical analysis of the article, first of all, the establishment of Marxist income distribution theory and its development process in practice. Secondly, the theoretical analysis of the practice of income distribution since China's reform and opening-up. It shows that the distribution system is different in different periods and in different environments in the same period. The second chapter is the focus of this paper, through the analysis of the three links of income distribution, we can clearly find out the existence of income distribution gap in China. This paper analyzes the complexity in the process of income distribution in China and its causes, and explains why the reform of income distribution is not effective. Then explain the influence of income gap on our country's economic and social development. The third chapter requires us to correctly understand the complexity of the reform of income distribution, the income distribution between different interest groups is increasing disparity, interest relationship is complex, explain why the income distribution reform program is difficult, the implementation is even more difficult. By using the materialistic dialectical method to demonstrate the unity of opposites between efficiency and fairness in the link of income distribution, it is pointed out that we should not emphasize fairness or efficiency one-sidedly, but should give consideration to fairness and efficiency, and realize the unified balance between the two dynamic conditions. Then it puts forward the basic ideas and goals of the reform of income distribution, and explores the trend of constructing a new pattern of income distribution with Chinese characteristics.
