【摘要】：正习近平总书记深刻指出,"没有思想就没有灵魂,没有理念就没有方向"。党的十八届五中全会最突出的亮点,就是鲜明地提出了"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念,这五大发展理念是"十三五"乃至更长时期我国发展思路、发展方向、发展着力点的集中体现,是实现"十三五"目标的灵魂和主线,树立和落实好五大发展理念,是关系我国发展全局的一场深刻变革。五大发展理念体现对经济社会发展规律的新认知,是关于发展的一次深刻思想解放
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping said, "without ideas, there is no soul, without ideas, there is no direction." The most prominent highlight of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", which is the thinking and direction of our country's development in the 13th Five-Year Plan and beyond. The concentrated embodiment of the development focus is the soul and main line of realizing the "13th Five-Year Plan" goal, and the establishment and implementation of the five development concepts is a profound change related to the overall development of our country. The five development concepts embody a new cognition of the law of economic and social development, and are a profound emancipation of thought about development.
