【摘要】：正2000多年前,一条用香料、陶瓷、文明和情感铺就的海上丝绸之路,给亚非欧带来了繁华和荣耀,把东西方紧紧联系在一起,留下了耀世的辉煌;2000多年后的今天,随着区域内新兴市场国家和发展中大国快速兴起,亚太地区持续成为拉动世界经济增长的主引擎。中国共产党站在历史高度,着眼世界格局,郑重提出"推进丝绸之路经济带、海上丝绸之路建设,形成全方位开放新格局"。深刻认识建设21世纪海上丝绸之路的重大意义和面临的挑战,有效推进海上丝绸之路建设,需要领导干部具备高超的领导智慧和宏大战略。
[Abstract]:Just over 2000 years ago, a maritime Silk Road, paved with spices, ceramics, civilization and emotion, brought prosperity and glory to Asia and Europe, closely linking the East and the West, leaving behind more than 2, 000 years of glory in the world. With the rapid rise of emerging market countries and developing countries in the region, the Asia-Pacific region continues to be the main engine of world economic growth. Standing at a historical height and looking at the world pattern, the Communist Party of China solemnly proposed to "promote the Silk Road economic belt and the construction of the Maritime Silk Road to form a new pattern of all-round opening". To deeply understand the significance and challenges of building the maritime Silk Road in the 21st century and to effectively promote the construction of the Maritime Silk Road, it is necessary for the leading cadres to have superb leadership wisdom and grand strategy.
