【摘要】：党的十八大报告首次把大力推进生态文明建设独立成章，保护自然、顺应自然和尊重自然的生态文明理念也被提了出来。在建设政治、经济、文化和社会主义和谐社会的过程中，将建设生态文明摆在首位。这对于我们煤炭行业企业来说，在低碳经济环境下，煤炭行业如何实现循环发展、低碳发展，成为摆在煤炭行业发展的首要问题。本文通过对煤炭行业循环经济发展现状的深入研究，，立足于提高我国煤炭行业循环发展的目的，对比分析国内外煤炭行业循环发展现状，分析研究同煤集团循环经济发展对策，旨在总结经验，在低碳发展的基础上，构建我国煤炭行业发展循环经济的产业体系，并以理论研究、调查分析、综合评价法进行论证，为我国煤炭行业发展循环经济提供事实、理论依据。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a political , economic , cultural and socialist harmonious society , the Party ' s 18 th report has been raised . In the low - carbon economic environment , the coal industry can realize circular development and low - carbon development in the low - carbon economy environment , thus becoming the primary problem in the development of coal industry .

Based on the study of the present situation of circular economy development in coal industry , this paper aims at improving the circulation development of coal industry in China , and analyzes the current situation of circular economy of coal industry at home and abroad , analyzes and studies the development countermeasures of circular economy in China and abroad , and aims at summing up the experiences . On the basis of low carbon development , the paper constructs the industrial system of the development cycle economy of China ' s coal industry , and proves the theory research , investigation and analysis and comprehensive evaluation method to provide the facts and theoretical basis for the development of circular economy in China ' s coal industry .
