县域经济主导产业发展环境评价

【摘要】：本文对县级政府在县域经济发展中的重要作用进行了说明,对区域主导产业选择理论进行了梳理,对影响县域经济主导产业发展环境的因素进行了分析,提出了用新诞生的中小企业行业比例(本文称其为“主导产业发展环境指数”)这一指标来实时、量化评价县域经济主导产业发展环境情况这一观点,并对指标的解释力从理论和典型地区实际数据两方面进行了论证,对应用研究结论的支持保障政策措施进行了说明,对如何运用本论文结论进行了深入的探讨,最后对值得进一步研究的几个方面进行了展望。通过本论文的研究,希望能够为营造县域经济主导产业良好的发展环境提供一种可操作性的评价思路,进而为促进县域经济、民营经济的发展提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:This paper explains the important role of county government in the development of county economy, combs the theory of regional leading industry selection, and analyzes the factors influencing the development environment of county economy leading industry. This paper puts forward the view that the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises (referred to in this paper as the "leading industry development environment index") can be used to quantitatively evaluate the development environment of the leading industry in the county economy in real time. At the same time, the explanatory power of the index is demonstrated from two aspects of theory and the actual data of typical areas, the measures of supporting the policy of supporting the research conclusions are explained, and how to use the conclusions of this paper is discussed deeply. Finally, several aspects worth further study are prospected. Through the research of this paper, it is hoped that it can provide an operable evaluation idea for the construction of a good development environment for the leading industry of county economy, and then provide some references for promoting the development of county economy and private economy.
