我国企业对外直接投资中的跨文化风险管理研究

【摘要】:伴随着全球经济一体化的发展,国际对外直接投资日益成为国际经济合作的重要方式之一。我国无一例外地成为了举世瞩目的对外直接投资大国。对外直接投资作为跨国经营的一种主要方式,必然会面临不同国家之间以及企业之间的文化差异。如果投资双方不足够重视,那么结果很有可能引发我们国家和东道国成员之间的文化冲突,文化冲突一旦升级就极有可能转化为跨文化风险,这时就会对投资活动产生干扰甚至妨碍该活动的顺利进行,从而最终导致整个经营以失败告终。因此,为了使我国企业能够顺利地进行对外直接投资,如何通过对文化风险的识别和分析,建立文化风险管理的预警机制,进而使我国企业在未来的对外直接投资中有效的避免和规避这些文化风险已成为一项重要的研究课题。本文综合采用了多种方法对我国企业对外直接投资过程中的跨文化风险问题以及跨文化风险的管理问题进行了分析。研究背景中对我国企业对外直接投资的当前情况进行了分析,然后在搜集了大量国内外学者跨文化风险研究的基础之上,对现有的跨文化风险理论进行了总结。接着对我国企业在国外直接投资过程中的跨文化风险的表现、根源与影响进行分析。结合上汽并购双龙的案例系统的分析了我国企业对外直接投资活动中跨文化风险,并针对此案例进行跨文化风险测度。最后,站在我国企业的立场,提出了完善我国企业对外直接投资跨文化风险管理的几点对策。文章最后也对本文所做的工作和得出的结论进行了总结,并对今后我国企业对外直接投资中的跨文化风险管理的研究方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, international foreign direct investment (FDI) has become one of the important ways of international economic cooperation. Without exception, China has become a big country of foreign direct investment (FDI) that attracts worldwide attention. As a main way of transnational operation, foreign direct investment (OFDI) is bound to face the cultural differences among different countries and enterprises. If both sides of the investment do not pay enough attention, the result is likely to lead to a cultural conflict between our country and the members of the host country, and once the cultural conflict is escalated, it is highly likely to translate into cross-cultural risk. At this time, the investment activities will interfere or even hinder the smooth progress of the activities, resulting in the failure of the entire operation. Therefore, in order to enable Chinese enterprises to carry out foreign direct investment smoothly, how to establish the early warning mechanism of cultural risk management through the identification and analysis of cultural risks, Therefore, it has become an important research topic for Chinese enterprises to avoid and avoid these cultural risks effectively in the future foreign direct investment. This paper analyzes the cross-cultural risk and the management of cross-cultural risk in the process of foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese enterprises. In the research background, the current situation of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises is analyzed, and then the existing cross-cultural risk theory is summarized on the basis of collecting a large number of domestic and foreign scholars' cross-cultural risk research. Then it analyzes the expression, root and influence of cross-cultural risk in the process of foreign direct investment. Based on the case of SAIC's merger and acquisition of Ssangyong, this paper analyzes the cross-cultural risk in the foreign direct investment activities of Chinese enterprises, and measures the cross-cultural risk of this case. Finally, from the standpoint of Chinese enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the cross-cultural risk management of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises. Finally, the paper summarizes the work and conclusions of this paper, and looks forward to the research direction of cross-cultural risk management in foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises in the future.
