向西开放背景下优势产业绩效及影响因素研究——以新疆为例

【摘要】：提高向西开放优势产业绩效是促进新疆产业结构转型升级及全面提升向西开放水平的关键。采用超效率DEA模型和面板数据模型,研究了向西开放背景下新疆优势产业的绩效水平及影响因素。结果表明:新疆向西开放优势产业全要素生产率虽逐年上升,但整体水平还有待改善,优势产业之间全要素生产率水平差异较大且部分产业全要素生产率仍处于非有效状态。市场化程度、科技创新水平、企业规模、固定资产投资和对外开放程度等因素对新疆向西开放优势产业绩效均具有一定程度的影响,且不同因素对现有和潜在优势产业绩效的影响存在显著差异。
[Abstract]:It is the key to promote the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's industrial structure and to raise the level of westward opening to the west. Based on the super-efficiency DEA model and panel data model, this paper studies the performance level and influencing factors of Xinjiang's superior industries under the background of westward opening. The results show that the total factor productivity of advantageous industries in Xinjiang is increasing year by year, but the overall level needs to be improved, and the total factor productivity of some industries is still in a non-effective state. Factors such as the degree of marketization, the level of scientific and technological innovation, the scale of enterprises, the investment in fixed assets and the degree of opening to the outside world all have a certain degree of influence on the performance of Xinjiang's advantageous industries in opening to the west. And there are significant differences between different factors on the existing and potential advantage industry performance.
