【摘要】：本文在阐述相关理论和研读相关文献的基础上,对海南州牧区的牧民收入问题做了较为严谨的分析,分析采用了定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,以期通过对海南州牧民收入问题的分析,可以为牧民如何提高收入提供参考,对牧区经济的发展有所裨益。论文分为五个部分：第一部分：绪论。介绍论文研究的背景和意义,阐述文章的研究思路,说明论文用到的研究方法,以及其创新和不足。第二部分：相关理论基础和文献综述。解释论文所用的理论,对国内外的相关文献做综述,并对这些问题加以评述。第三部分：青海省海南州牧民收入分析。介绍藏族及其传统游牧经济的特点,对海南州牧民的收入水平、收入构成、收入变化趋势等进行数据分析,再总结出海南州牧民收入呈现的特点,即牧民收入和消费不平衡、收入渠道单一、与城镇居民的收入差距扩大。第四部分：海南州牧民收入影响因素分析。从生态保护政策因素、草场因素、人力资本因素、市场因素、基础设施因素五方面对影响海南州牧民收入的因素做了分析。第五部分：海南州牧民增收途径。从政策、劳动力、产业发展三个方面对海南州的牧民增收提供建议。
[Abstract]:On the basis of expounding relevant theories and reading relevant documents, this paper makes a more rigorous analysis on the income of herdsmen in pastoral areas of Hainan, and adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. By analyzing the income of herdsmen in Hainan, we can provide reference for herdsmen to improve their income and benefit the development of pastoral economy. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part: introduction. This paper introduces the background and significance of the research, expounds the research ideas, explains the research methods used in the paper, and its innovations and shortcomings. The second part: related theoretical basis and literature review. To explain the theory used in the paper, to summarize the relevant literature at home and abroad, and to comment on these problems. The third part: Qinghai Province Hainan state herdsman income analysis. This paper introduces the characteristics of Tibetan and its traditional nomadic economy, analyzes the income level, income composition and income change trend of herdsmen in Hainan, and summarizes the characteristics of herdsmen's income in Hainan, that is, the imbalance between herdsmen's income and consumption. The income channel is single, and the income gap with urban residents expands. The fourth part: the analysis of the influencing factors of herdsmen's income in Hainan. The factors affecting herdsmen's income in Hainan are analyzed from five aspects: ecological protection policy factors, pasture factors, human capital factors, market factors and infrastructure factors. The fifth part: the way to increase the income of herdsmen in Hainan. From the policy, labor force, industrial development three aspects of the herdsmen in Hainan to provide suggestions.
