基于产业集聚的合肥都市圈县域经济发展研究

【摘要】：区域经济一体化是当今世界经济发展的大潮流，加强区域经济合作已成为我国宏观经济战略的重要考量因素。区域经济发展模式之一都市圈对区域经济有重大的推动作用，在一定程度上决定了区域发展的质量和效益。合肥都市圈的发展方兴未艾，大力发展合肥都市圈将成为安徽加快中部崛起的重大战略举措。县域经济在都市圈的发展中扮演重要角色，县域发展过程是产业集聚和集中的过程，，因此优化产业布局、加快产业集聚，发挥产业集聚效益能有效地推动县域经济的发展。在促进县域经济发展中，实现由县域单独发展到与都市圈共同发展，既是都市圈发展的必然趋势，也是县域自身发展的客观要求。 本文基于产业集聚的视角对合肥都市圈县域经济及产业集聚现状进行了概述，阐述了产业集聚与都市圈县域经济发展之间的相互影响，运用修正的都市圈引力模型界定了合肥都市圈空间范围。文章以2000～2011年合肥统计年鉴和各县统计公报为数据来源，运用计量经济学面板数据回归方法，分别从合肥市产业集聚与经济发展相关性、合肥都市圈5个中心城市产业集聚与经济发展相关性、合肥都市圈各县域产业集聚与经济发展相关性三个方面进行了实证分析，得到都市圈产业集聚与县域经济发展呈正相关性的结论。在实证研究的基础上有针对性地提出了促进合肥都市圈县域经济健康发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Regional economic integration is the major trend of the world economic development, and strengthening regional economic cooperation has become an important factor in the macroeconomic strategy of our country. The metropolitan area, one of the regional economic development models, plays an important role in promoting regional economy and determines the quality and benefit of regional development to a certain extent. The development of Hefei Metropolitan area is in the ascendant, and vigorously developing Hefei Metropolitan Circle will become a major strategic measure to accelerate the rise of central China in Anhui Province. County economy plays an important role in the development of metropolitan area, and the development process of county area is the process of industrial agglomeration and concentration. Therefore, optimizing the industrial layout, speeding up industrial agglomeration and exerting the benefits of industrial agglomeration can effectively promote the development of county economy. In the process of promoting the development of county economy, it is not only the inevitable trend of the development of metropolitan area, but also the objective requirement of its own development to realize the development from the county alone to the common development with the metropolitan area. Based on the perspective of industrial agglomeration, this paper summarizes the present situation of county economy and industrial agglomeration in Hefei metropolitan area, and expounds the interaction between industrial agglomeration and the development of county economy in metropolitan area. The spatial range of Hefei Metropolitan Circle is defined by using the modified Metropolitan Gravity Model. Based on the Hefei Statistical Yearbook from 2000 to 2011 and the county statistical bulletin, this paper applies the econometrics panel data regression method to analyze the correlation between industrial agglomeration and economic development in Hefei. The correlation between industrial agglomeration and economic development in five central cities in Hefei metropolitan area, and the correlation between industrial agglomeration and economic development in counties in Hefei metropolitan area are analyzed empirically. The conclusion of positive correlation between industrial agglomeration and county economy development in metropolitan area is obtained. Based on the empirical research, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the healthy development of the county economy in Hefei metropolitan area.
