【摘要】："一带一路"战略是我国主动应对变化的全球形势,统筹国内国际两个大局做出的重大决策。全面融入"一带一路"是推动河南全方位对外开放的重大战略举措,有利于提升河南在全国发展大局中的地位,打造内陆经济发展高端开放平台。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" strategy is an important decision made by China to deal with the changing global situation and to coordinate the domestic and international situations. The comprehensive integration of "Belt and Road" is an important strategic measure to promote Henan's all-round opening to the outside world, which is conducive to promoting Henan's position in the overall situation of national development and creating a high-end open platform for inland economic development.
